The property is a Ranch home just remodeled with a new floor, new bathrooms, new patio pool area with 2300 square feet under air and a large floor plan including Living Room, Family Room and Den Room. Property is located in to a very quit area surrounded by palm trees, walking distance to YMCA and shopping. Must see to appreciate.

Great place to stay.

The house is very spacious. Perfect for 4-5 people. The pool was clean and has a really nice view of nature. Good location, not far from I-75. The host is easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Home for the Holiday

Located in a nice subdivision. Clean, spacious and as pictured. Phil was very responsive if we had questions and met us when we arrived.

Home was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. House had all the amenities needed, pool was nice and clean. Patio furniture around the pool could use some updating. Phil was very accommodating.

Very nice place!

We rented homes for many years and the host of this property is the best we've ever dealt with!!! He was so prompt to reply to any questions we had or needs we had. And he is truly such a kind person! This place is very spacious and incredibly clean. Very nice layout! The pool area is very nice. The privacy and view of the lake are great!

We loved this property!

I’m a retired academic researcher from Chicago. I stayed here for a month (February) along with my adult disabled daughter and my friend, also a retired professional woman. We had a lovely time. This place is LARGE—it must be more than 2,000 square feet. It has a living room and a family room, a big kitchen and dining room, and sliding door entrances to the lanai and pool from the primary bedroom, the dining room, and the family room. The place is full of light, and the temp control was perfect. The owner was available for minor problems we had, and solved the problems quickly. The pool was well-maintained. And the property is well-cared-for. We would love to visit again in the future!!

Bonita Springs Spring Break

Our family of four (kids 7 and 5) enjoyed our stay! The pool is very nice. The view of the wildlife from the lanai is relaxing. The property location is very convenient for shopping. We had Amazon, Target and DoorDash orders delivered with no problem. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly but you can hear the freeway. The master bathroom is very nice with a great soaking tub. A few things to note: This rental only has one TV (I’m sure this is listed on the property description but figured it is worth noting for other TV loving families). There was no grill or blender on site and limited pots and pans. The bedding and bath towels could use updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and in Bonita Springs. We had beautiful weather every day to enjoy the pool and nearby beaches!

All About the View!

The house was very clean and neat and felt like home. Honestly though it’s all about the view. If you like birding this place offered options! We saw egrets, herons, and ducks to name a few! Phil is the best host we’ve worked with, always ready to help with questions and very kind. Highly recommend to give this place a try!

Very Nice Stay

This is a very nice home, with a good pool and view. Phil is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some mentioned freeway noise, while present, it is not an issue. This is a comfortable place for a short or extended stay.

Great place!

This was a really nice place and reasonably priced. The home was immaculate and very roomy. Great view with a wonderful heated pool. Location is centrally located and close to the beaches. Phil, the owner, is a great guy and super responsive to anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful getaway

Phil is a great host and provided great insight to activities in the area. The home has a great pool/patio and views of a tranquil pond and the wild life that inhabit it. Very clean and updated home. Very easy stay fir a week in the area.
