The private outdoor space includes a fully screened lanai, pool deck with heated pool, a pair of sun loungers and 6' privacy fence. An exterior ceiling fan provides an added breeze when relaxing under the shaded portion of the lanai, where you'll find the dining table for 6 and BBQ grill. Guests are responsible for purchasing replacement propane as needed.



Guests may use the garage and additional guest parking is available in the paved driveway

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida - and this home is ideally located just minutes by car to the downtown Bonita Springs area, shopping, restaurants, and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Immediately to the north of Bonita Springs you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands; to the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a reasonable drive you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

The pool heater thermostat is set to 85 degrees between November-April. Pool heaters do not run May-October. Actual pool water temperature is subject to weather conditions such as the daytime & nighttime temperatures, sun and rain. All will affect the actual pool water temperatures regardless of the thermostat setting. A static temperature cannot be guaranteed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in. Please also note that any number of guests above the advertised occupancy is strictly prohibited. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.



This property is approximately 20 miles from RSW International Airport and just under 2 miles to the beach!
