Relax and unwind with the sunset right from your private patio overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay, at this quiet condo ready for your getaway! Bermuda Bay Beach and Racquet Club is a peaceful residential condominium in a quiet, tropical, secured gated community with a private beach overlooking the Bay. The property has two large heated pools, Jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, putting green, a play ground along with picnic tables and charcoal grill and direct access to the nature preserve next door. This one bedroom one bath is a beautiful, clean, upgraded, ground floor unit (No Stairs). The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The unit has a full kitchen w/all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.
This condo is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to beaches, downtown St. Petersburg, and restaurants! This is not just a place to stay, it's a place to getaway feel life's stresses just melt away....

La casa es como se ve en la foto. Super equipada para que tu estancia sea soñada. Meredith muy atento a que no falte nada, el complejo muy lindo y el bono extra son los atardeceres sobre la bahía

More Than Just A Condo

This condo was better than anything I could have asked for. You are getting more than what you pay for it. Pretty much everything you need is already supplied. The place is very clean and kept up to date. There are little activities in the complex for you to do on days off. Being only a couple feet off the inlet is amazing, especially the views of the sun sets at night. The owners of the Condo will make sure you are getting what you ask for. They are extremely nice, and it is safe to say they are more than just landlords or friends. They are now part of my family! I would recommend this place to anyone that was looking to visit the area.

Perfect Vacation Home!

My sister and I had a wonderful time at Meredith’s condo! The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved spending time on the screened-in lanai and watching the beautiful sunsets right over the bay. There’s a private beach right outside the door and the pool was an added bonus! Meredith went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations and cool places to check out. He was always available for anything we needed. The location was perfect; a short drive to downtown and st. Pete beach! I will definitely be returning to Meredith’s condo!

Paradise on the Beach!

From the moment I arrived, Meredith was there to make sure anything and everything I needed was provided! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The small attention to details, especially in the kitchen ( every small appliance was provided!), was noticed and appreciated! Meredith also gave me many recommendations as to places to visit and restaurants to enjoy! Now let’s talk view! This condo is located right on the water! I watched birds and boats every day while sitting on the lanai! My time here went way too fast! I’m looking forward to returning!

Wonderful Stay!

We rented this condo for our daughter for three and a half months while she attended a semester at college - she had the absolute best time. The space has a beautiful view of the bay and only a few steps to the beach, which she truly enjoyed. The single bedroom was perfect for her! The bedroom offered complete darkness during the night providing ample sleep. The bathroom was just the right size also. There was also a pull out couch for my husband and I to sleep on while we came to visit. Meredith was always available and responded quickly to my daughter when she had any issues. Overall, it was a great space that my daughter and truly enjoyed her stay!

Best Little Hideaway in Tampa Bay

I booked Meredith’s condo for 30 days, for the majority of July 2021. Meredith touched base with me a month out and even a week out. The day of check in I called him the morning of to let him know what time I’d be there and he graciously met me outside the gate at that time, then spent 30 minutes with me showing me everything about the property, from the unit itself to driving me around the place. The nice thing about renting from Meredith is he’s not an absent owner, he doesn’t live too far away and will come by and check in every so often. During the middle of my stay Hurricane Elsa came about 30 miles offshore (it was a very weak Cat 1 and everyone in the complex wasn’t worried), but Meredith came by to help prep the patio for winds (the storm turned out to be a big dud, not even a palm frond was down the next day) but afterwards Meredith decided he was going to replace the outdoor patio furniture and asked my advice. I thought that was really nice of him. Ask Meredith where to eat - he knows some of the best restaurants with specials (those $6 gourmet burgers + sides from a BBQ place was great advice for a place I would’ve probably overlooked eating at). Now as for the unit itself, Meredith does a great job keeping it clean, but also keeping the cleaning supplies stocked so during your long term stay you can as well. The complex itself is a bit older, I’m gonna guess 60s ish, but when I was there the HOA was replacing many of the original wooden steps (which reminds me, in the photos you can see the AC through the screened in porch, as Meredith told me that will be moved when the steps are renovated so as the screened porch will have an unobstructed view of the ocean). From your screened in patio you are a legitimate 10 steps to the beach. The bay there is known as Boca Ciega Bay, and from the unit you can see the Don CeSar across in St. Pete Beach. The bay near the beach is really shallow, the tides can go 20-30 feet out there at night, but once you get out there it gets deeper. Clam Bayou is just to the north which is a protected nature reserve/bayou that is perfect for kayaking. If you befriend a local resident like I did, I was able to use one of their kayaks to kayak the bay and the bayou. The bayou itself also has a walking path. There’s 2 pools, hot tub, and a racquetball court. Everyone is very friendly and you will make friends easy. Overall I would gladly rent this place again, and I hope to see Meredith in the future!

Wonderful stay

Meredith was incredibly welcoming from the moment I checked in. He was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The place is in a beautiful gated area right on a private beach and the apartment has everything you would need for a long stay. The neighbors and community was also very friendly. Definitely felt safe and would stay again, Meredith was an awesome host.

Sunsets at the Bay

This condo fits the description in the Overview perfectly! This was a great place for us to spend 3 months relaxing , spending time at the pool, watching birds on Ciego Bay , biking and enjoying sunsets almost every night. The location is great- near to a grocery store, Post Office, restaurants and Downtown. Meredith was a terrific host and was available if ever needed.

Great stay

Everything was great. Meredith was great, he made sure I was comfortable. He also made me feel welcome. If I had any problems he made sure they were taken care of promptly. The neighborhood is quite and everyone is friendly. The home sits right on the beach so in the morning seeing the sun rise and at night the sunset is so beautiful. The location is great close to Everything a gas station, walmart, several eateries. The home is self is beautiful. Nicely furnished. Felt safe. Would stay here again.
