The property was excellent! Our whole family enjoyed the space and the experience. One of the nicest surprises was off of the back deck.....I will just leave it there so everyone else can experience the wonder.....dreamy excellence. My grandsons loved the hot tub, which was very clean and well maintained. The cabin was beautiful and we made lasting memories at Dreams Come True.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cabin, the river view, and the convenient location in Pigeon Forge. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication and team. We do understand that the Canadian geese around the area can occasionally be within the area, especially near the water. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future!

Very clean and the description online is accurate. I suggest getting back to the cabin by 9:45pm for the best seat for the fireworks over Dollywood from the front porch! Close to everything and the beds are really comfortable!

We had an incredible family vacation at Dreams Come True cabin! The cabin is absolutely stunning, with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful wooded setting. We loved the layout, especially having two bathrooms! Everything was exceptionally clean. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus for our family. The hot tub was perfect, and we really enjoyed the outdoor lights and fire pit as well. This cabin has everything you need and more. Truly a 10/10 experience!! Hands down the best cabin we’ve ever stayed in!

Cabin was great. Good location. Only disappointment was the hot tub. It was low on water and there was no hose to gill it up. Plus it was nasty inside. Could use a good cleaning..

Thank you for your review and for staying with Fireside Chalets. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and its great location. We’re sorry to hear about the hot tub concerns, as that is not the experience we want for our guests. We do not show a record of this being reported during your stay, and we would have been glad to send someone out right away to address and review the condition. Our goal is for every stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Watching TV in the cabin was frustrating because every 2 minutes you had to press any button on the TV remote or the channel would go off because it always said it was in display mode as if the host didn’t pay for cable. The front porch/chairs and back deck were covered in sawdust as if termites or carpenter bees were damaging the wood. The inside of the cabin was very clean.

Thank you for your review and for staying with Fireside Chalets. We’re glad to hear you found the inside of the cabin very clean. We appreciate you bringing the exterior concerns to our attention. Carpenter bees can be active during certain times of the year in the Smoky Mountains, and we will be sure to have our team review the area. We also wish we had known about the TV issue during your stay, as we would have been happy to send a team member to assist with the settings and controls. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to welcome you back in the future.
