Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones en casa de Kerry! El departamento es lindisimo y súper completo!!! Todo muy cómodo!!! La terraza tiene una vista espectacular! Tanto Luis como Pamela nos ayudaron siempre en lo q necesitáramos y fue un placer! Te reciben con refrescos y botana y hasta hay un set de primeros auxilios. Fue una gran experiencia y ojalá podamos volver!!! Muchas gracias x tanta hospitalidad!!!

Paradise

Best vacation our family has ever had! The concierge service was so helpful in booking rides and other services. We had Mari cook lunch a few times and it was delicious. The beach is perfect for boogie boarding / riding waves and the pool is so lovely. Short walk along the beach to amazing restaurants! Can’t wait to return.

Great unit! All the amenities we needed for a weeks stay. We loved proximity to the beach and the pool was very nice and quiet. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We will return!

Punta Mita Family Friends

The condo and location are beautiful! The staff are friendly and helpful too. In fact, one afternoon a pool attendant carried a couple chairs out the the beach for our group to have a beach day. However, this condo is listed as a 3 bedroom unit and we were shocked to find the 3rd bedroom is a closet room with a bed within one of the bedrooms. This does not give the 2nd bedroom couple or person privacy. We had 2 couples and a single adult.The description states a 2nd bedroom with a separate single bed and a 3rd bedroom. This put a damper on our vacation and it’s not what we paid for.

Mexican Paradise

This property exceeded our expectations. The staff and concierge was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and needs. There was plenty of room for family of 5, beds were comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome chips, salsa and guacamole was tasty. Thanks to Juan Carlos and Isabel and anyone else who helped us have a memorable vacation.

No working A/C

Beautiful building, we go to punta mita every year and stay in these same group of buildings along on the beach. The A/C did not work and property management didn't check it before our arrival. They switched us to a downstairs unit, so we lost the balcony view, and have not offered us a price adjustment yet. All the previous units we've stayed at have had mini splits in the bedrooms - these units did not - so that might be why they are harder to cool. Our downstairs unit cooled great after about a day, but the dishwasher made a constant beeping sound and the dryer for the laundry did not dry.

peaceful, Amazing VRBO and Largest pool in Punta Mita

Great building/ Property, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We had great weather, talking to the regulars we found great places to eat, both inexpensive to very expensive. We had a dinner cooked for us that was wonderful. There was a lot of large rocks washed up on the beach that the locals said will be gone by June. Our dryer was broken when we arrived but fixed the last day we were there. We cant wait to go back.

Fabulous Condo

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo over spring break. We had a great time and learned a lot! I will start with the good things: -This condo is HUGE, I wasn't expecting it to be so large from the photos. The view is impeccable, beautiful pool followed by the ocean. - This condo comes with a concierge, something I have never had with a VRBO. He arranged our snorkeling trip, golf cart and groceries which helped so much. It was also nice having someone to help with a few issues that popped up along the way. -The condo is kept extremely clean with daily housekeeping, another thing I have never had with a VRBO. - Everyone we encountered in Punta Mita was extremely nice. We felt safe the entire time even though the neighborhood looked like it would not be safe. Things we learned from: - We were expecting Punta Mita to be a bit cleaner than it was. This being our first time to the region, we had to readjust our expectations quickly. There is trash literally everywhere, the beach, the streets, everywhere you look.. Coupled with the horrendous sewer smells wafting throughout the town, it took a toll out of our enjoyment. - There is no sandy beach in a walking distance from this condo. The walkable beaches all have rocks. -Everything in Punta Mita is crazy EXPENSIVE when the landscape just doesn't warrant it. I don't think we will visit here again but i'm glad we had the experience! Thank you!

Amazing stay in Punta Mita

Doesn't get much better than this. We have stayed at the hotel resorts in the past at Punta Mita and chose to use a VRBO on this trip. Very pleased with the decision. Amazing location with infinity pool and directly on the beach. Condo was super clean and well laid out. Can't wait to come back.

Our stay the condo was fabulous

But because of hurricane the beach was Full of rocks and debris we could not walk The restaurants were so over priced it was unbelievable The charges from the Consierge service incredible there were unexplainable charges almost a SCAM . Watch out if you go here You will regret it I have been to many 5 * resorts this one I will avoid for sure MM cassim MD

Great value & views

Our trip was great, the condo unit was everything we had expected. A/C works great, well appointed and concierge services are outstanding. Views can not be beat! However, it is not well explained that this condo building is outside the gates in Punta Mita. This was our first time so we were a bit shocked by the surroundings however we always felt safe & enjoyed being a part of the local culture.

Amazing

This property is exactly as advertised. Spectacular views, amazing amenities, and fantastic location! The concierge service was responsive and made our stay unbelievably easy. The property is well maintained and includes everything you need. The proximity to restaurants and shops in the area is close enough to walk but far enough to feel like you have the beach to yourself. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to every detail. I almost hate to leave such a glowing review because I don’t want to share this slice of paradise!

Quiet and Relaxing

We love this property and feel at home there. It was our second time in the unit and it was as perfect as the first. Alan and Isabella made it all do relaxing and easy. Pool and grounds keepers are diligent and friendly. Beach is amazing. Pool is so nice! Thank you!
