Esta unidad Punta Vista II es un condominio de lujo frente al mar de 3 dormitorios en perfecto Playa Punta de Mita con una piscina de 20 metros y una bañera de hidromasaje compartida por sólo 11 otras unidades. 
La terraza que da agua azul y la arena blanca tienta a caminar por la playa virgen al sur o pasear hasta los restaurantes rústicos de mariscos en el pintoresco pueblo de pescadores al norte. El condominio cuenta con 3 ½ baños de mármol, todos los electrodomésticos Viking, y una sala multimedia con TV vía satélite. Es difícil decidir si comer a causa de las hermosas vistas despejadas y cocina increíble o para salir y tener una cena de mariscos frescos mexicana auténtica.
Altavoces Bose en el salón principal y reproductores iPod en todas las habitaciones hacen que sea fácil de configurar el estado de ánimo con su propia música. También se incluyen servicio de limpieza diaria y seguridad 24 horas. Es muy seguro.
La playa que Punta Vista II se sienta en es la mejor playa para nadar en la bahía. Casas de varios millones de dólares comparten la misma playa y alquiler de 4-5 veces más!

You can’t beat the amazing view of this beautiful property. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The golf cart made getting around town a breeze.

Beautiful apartment—so spacious and relaxing to stay in. The views are absolutely stunning, and the proximity to the beach is incredible. Everything you need, including shops and restaurants, is within easy walking distance. Having a cleaning lady come in daily to freshen up the apartment is a big plus. The town also feels very safe and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely stunning place directly on the beach, a few minutes walk to world class dining. Beautiful property and pool. Watched humpbacks all day from the deck and pool. Excellent service and staff. One of the best places we've stayed in Mexico. Highly recommend.

Amazing week in Punta Mita

Our family had an amazing time in Punta Mita and in this property. The location is amazing, right on the beach and within 5 minutes walking of anything you need. It's extremely safe and very friendly locals. We will be back!

Loved the pool, and the condo is very spacious. The beach out front is Rocky and had lots of jelly fish when we were there. We found other beaches that didn’t have many. Walking distance to restaurants and surfboard/beach rentals etc.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. We had the pool practically to ourselves. Kids surfed and boogie boarded on the beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend this property!

Luxurious stay in Punta de Mita!

Our first impression upon entering the unit was breathtaking - from the amazing view off the patio to the impeccable furnishings and decor. The housekeeping and building staff were all friendly and helpful. The kitchen was the most well stocked unit I have ever encountered! We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Perfect escape

Everything about the villa and property was lovely and well appointed. It was right on the beach, with a beautiful pool and lots of space for relaxing, and close enough for walking to get to restaurants and shopping. Fabricio took good care of us and was a great resource for activities and Local cuisine. Would definitely recommend for family and friends. Thanks, Jessica!

Beautiful beachfront condo!

I have stayed at this amazing condo before and I will be staying here again! The views are incredible and it has everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. The building is an easy 5 minute walk down to the restaurants and there are also some incredible local taquerias just around the corner. Can’t wait for the next trip!

Amazing beachfront condo

Enjoyed a weeks vacation with our family of 5 adults. The condo is absolutely stunning featuring spacious living spaces and balcony. I think we all especially enjoyed the quiet and relaxed character of the condo complex and punta mita in general.

Fantastic Property

Our Family of 5 stayed for one week in Jan 2024. Fantastic property with everything you would want. Incredible front row seat with panoramic ocean views. The unit was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Owners were delightful and the onsite staff was welcoming and always helpful. Would book this again in a heartbeat!!!

Open wall to the balcony nd ocean

The most WOW feature of this property is the accordion glass doors that open the full length of the living room, right onto the beach. I chose a Master to the left and kept the floor to ceiling windows open all night, no bugs, just the sound of the waves below. GoodFood at restaurantswas

Beautiful place ! Beautiful views ! It has everything you need.

We had a great family vacation , we stayed with our three children ages 11, 12 and 15 yrs old, the condo is very nice decorated and very spacious ,it has everything you need to make your stay very confortable. Our kids enjoyed playing in the ocean, nice waves. Fabricio and all the people that work in the building where very friendly and helpful . Jessica the owner made us feel like at home by opening the doors of her beautiful place.

One of the best vacation decisions we have made!

We agree with the other reviews that state that the property is even more beautiful than comes across in the photos. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, and we were so comfortable it felt like home. Also, the condo complex is small enough that we had the pool to ourselves much of the time. And the other condo owners/vacationers were certainly very nice when we ran into them. Overall, we had a very relaxing time, even with two small children with us.

Paradise found

Jessica took our reservation request last-minute just 24 hrs before check-in. This place was absolute paradise and saved our family vacation (we had previously been staying in Sayulita, where the ocean was contaminated and unsafe for swimming). Punta Mita waters are clean and family friendly. Thank you so much! The Max pizza joint across the street was great too, we ate 2 meals there.

When we chose Punta Vista II, two things stood out immediately: the beach and the view.

Many properties advertise beach access—but few sit directly on a wide sandy beach with truly unobstructed ocean views. Here, the experience is simple: open the doors, look out at the water, and walk straight onto the sand. The sand bottom ocean is incredible!

We also loved that Punta Vista II offers boutique beachfront living without feeling isolated. Guests enjoy privacy, security, and the freedom to explore Punta de Mita on foot—whether walking the beach, heading into the village, or enjoying nearby restaurants. Driving a golf cart around town is fun too!
