Le Renversant is an exceptional 160 m² duplex apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century stone building. Its location and its character, will allow you to spend an incredible stay in Bordeaux.

Located on the quays of Chartrons, Le Renversant offers you all the necessary comfort, with a magnificent terrace of 25 m ², sheltered from all the glances on a unspoilable view of the Pont de Pierre and the Garonne. It has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers.

The apartment is ideal for families (not recommended for children under 6), groups of friends or colleagues on a business trip who want to make the most of their stay.

The accommodation

Very well equipped, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a large stone staircase. Close to the hyper-center, in the Chartrons district, you will enjoy all the comfort for an unforgettable stay. Its living space with its beautiful terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Pont de Pierre and the Garonne: you may be lucky enough to enjoy a magnificent sunrise on the river! Just a few steps from all shops and transportation, it offers you the following services:

1st level:

- An open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and many kitchen utensils, a bar with stools and a nice dining table complete this space.

For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and its table. Quality sheets, towels and tea towels, and some coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made on your arrival.

On the banks of the Garonne River, the Chartrons district in Bordeaux offers a privileged location between the prestigious Quinconces esplanade and the Public Garden.

Marked by its wine trade and then enriched by its maritime exchanges, its streets are filled with the sumptuous residences of former merchants and wine warehouses. A village within the city, just like the suburb it once formed, this mecca of antique dealers and merchants condenses the history of Bordeaux.

Today, the merchants are still in the Chartrons (after a small break during the 20th century). They have been joined, in the alleys, by the antique dealers. The Notre Dame street, which extends its roadway over 700 meters, has about forty of them. Emblematic street of the district, it sees with the wire of time flower the art galleries and the stores of decoration. These small businesses that stamp it as a BOBO district do not contradict its history. A history of the neighborhood, still dear to the hearts of its inhabitants.
