Boasting 400 square feet of remodeled living quarters, this Der Steiermark studio is perfect for a romantic escape or a fun friend getaway. Take advantage of the wood-burning fireplace and stay warm during your entire stay. Take in lovely mountain views from the furnished balcony along with views of the Blue River, the Riverwalk Center, and downtown Breckenridge. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to whip up delicious breakfasts and savory dinners! Lift some weights at the on-site fitness center or engage in some playful competition on the tennis or basketball court.

When you aren't enjoying mountain views from the private balcony, the Quicksilver Super6 chairlift is a block away, providing easy access to the slopes. Main Street Breckenridge is also just steps away with its plethora of local eateries and shops. Downtown Breckenridge is also known for its year-long parades and events - making this a fun getaway no matter the season!

Great location by the slopes.

Short walk to the Quicksilver lift. Close to ski shops, restaurants, downtown. Parked car in garage and didn't use it till we packed up to go home.

Breck Stay

Nice and cozy unit. Not big but just right for two. It would be great to leave more shampoo and conditioner for two people for three days. Ice cube trays were all empty.

Good location, but the building is old and outdated. Thin walls, squeaky beds, carpet in the floor. Did not at all like the toiletries.

Nice place Vacassa

We have stayed at the Steiermark four different times in different rooms each time. The room is nice is convenient and close to restaurants. The parking is safe in a garage. We had to add on dates to our trip and that was a complete nightmare. It took several calls, Vacassa agents hanging up on me. The owner should fire Vacassa and hire another property manager. I can’t imagine the revenue they may be losing due to incompetent staff.

Nice room but needs AC

The room was so warm that it made sleeping very uncomfortable! We then had to open the balcony door (the only window had a lock on it and couldn’t be opened) and use a very loud fan to cool the room. Because of this, we were abruptly awaken at 6:00 am by very loud bangs of the garbage truck. Other than that, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the location was great!

Cute, conveniently located, studio tucked away near the end of main street.

Conveniently located around the corner from main street. Within in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and rentals. The units facing off the back had extra privacy and views. Unit was equipped with basic essentials should we have wanted to stay longer and cook meals. All furnishings and decor well maintained and up-to-date.

Jan ski trip to Breckenridge

The unit was dated; however, it wasn’t bad. The worst things were the bed was completely broken, and sunk in the middle so bad two people couldn’t lie in the bed without ending up on top of each other. We woke up having a sore back every morning. The other big issue was a clogged drain in the shower to the point where you were standing in water while taking a shower. I feel these are two things that are easily taken care of and shouldn’t be an issue, especially for the price you’re paying to stay there.

Great Location

You can not beat this location. The building could use an update but the room was updated and perfect for two people. We were able to park the car in the heated garage under the building and only drove it once the entire week and that was to go snowmobiling. We could have used a free shuttle for that but decided to drive. Would recommend this room to friends. Would not recommend a party larger than two.

Worn out condo furniture

Although the pictures looked really impressive the bed was extremely uncomfortable and worn out. The couch was extremely worn especially in the middle. Both outer edges of the couch and bed sloped to the middle. The disposal did not work although maintenance repaired it. Somewhat loud from the activities in the ski shop below.

A nice stay for an affordable price

The location of this condo is ideal - a short walk from the Breckenridge Brewery and all of the other attractions on Main Street. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/utensils/various dishes. Our only complaint would be the bed needs to be replaced - it was too soft and caved in at the center.
