What’s on your Breck condo wish list: Location? Inner Circle 15 is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift and Breckenridge Ski School at the base of Peak 9, as well as the shopping and dining on Breckenridge’s Main Street. Pool/hot tub access? You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs right next door. This is truly a great place to stay winter or summer!

This 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for groups of up to six people. The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of comfy seating. You’ll also love stepping out onto the balcony (located right off the living room overlooking the pool area) for a breath of fresh mountain air. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find all the gear you’ll need to prepare great mountain meals and après-ski snacks. There’s seating for four at the dining table and room for two more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include common laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to the dry sauna at the Columbine Clubhouse. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Directions were difficult at night. Fireplace was not functioning properly. Fire dept came out and informed us there was a gas leak coming from the electric fire place and had to shut the gas off. Was not able to use it the whole stay. Breaker tripped first night when using the microwave: maintenance did come out next morning to fix but did not address the fire place. It was a terrible first night. We were refunded for it after a lot and I mean a lot of back and forth. Definitely felt like our safety wasn’t a concern with management. We had to have Vrbo reach out and escalate the situation. Condo had all of the cooking items you will need to cook. Keep in mind shampoo and conditioner are super small sample size, which was fine since we brought our own. Had a lot of towels. Beds were cozy: never slept on a pull out couch bed so cozy as this one. The grey chairs upstairs are very worn out and part of one was used downstairs to keep the bedroom door open since it will not stay open on its own. The windows were really neat how they open and have a screen for safety. Parking was a head ache. Was never guaranteed a spot.

Perfect for our family of 5! This was our first time in Breckenridge and everything was great! Very close to Main St where all the shops are. Hot Tubs and pools were great as well, we didnt see a sauna. Only thing we did have trouble with was the door lock, we found it was complicated to lock and unlock, even had to look up a video on YouTube to try and figure it out. Other than that everything else was great! Would definitely recommend!!

Great Trip

Condo was a perfect fit for our small group. Walking to and from Quicksilver list was super convenient. Only issue was the hours of the pool/hot tubs and the fact that there was not a sauna as described.

This rental was perfect for our family of 5. The location was a great walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was great..so close. The kitchen has a lot of nice cookware and utensils. We would book this place again!!

OK, we made it work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would be good to provide a better description of the unit, and when we asked the management company wasn't able to provide good information. the walk up multiple full flights of stairs were difficult for my wife who had recent back and knee surgeries, it limited her ability to go down to the poll and participate in other activities. we wouldn't have chosen this rental if we had known, (maybe that's what you wanted). the rental unit could have used some better maintenance, the kitchen faucet handle was falling off and was not repaired while we were there, the toaster did not work and was replace the night before our departure, the railing on the spiral staircase was wobbly, there is an uneven floor in the entry hall that caused multiple trips and a fall by my family. overall cleanliness was poor, and the rugs were filthy.

Beautiful Breck Condo

Clean, comfortable condo in terrific location. We walked to town and enjoyed hiking along the river trail. Condo had everything we needed and hosts were excellent. We would definitely stay here again!
