Rest assured that a comfortable getaway is guaranteed as this villa boasts a bright and spacious living area, a full kitchen, and terrific views of the surrounding area. The unit does not have air conditioning.

Near your stay, you'll be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming! Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
