Your family is going to love their stay in this BlueSky Breckenridge villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen, an attractive stacked-stone gas fireplace, and tree views from the private balcony. When you're not out shopping in downtown Breckenridge, relax in the shared hot tub, or take a leisurely swim in the community pool. The shared fitness center provides the perfect space to get in your weekly exercise routine. Additionally, the shared game room has a Ping-Pong table and an Air Hockey table. The unit does not have air conditioning.

Nearby, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

After a day filled with brand-new adventures, the bedrooms are equally comfortable and the sofa bed in the living room extends the sleeping arrangements.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.

Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Well appointed and great location

Far exceeded expectations, our new favorite place to stay!

First time booking this condo building, and everything about the experience was a 10! Garage parking assigned, located directly at the Snowflake lift, super easy to rent & store equipment, very clean, great shuttle service! This unit was steps from elevator directly to spa, charter sports & lift, very convenient. Well-equipped kitchen, nice corner unit with comfortable furniture & lots of natural light & great views. This might be our new go-to in Breck. Only downside is a short walk to town, but well worth trade for true ski in/out!

Wonderful condo and even better staff!

The staff was so amazing and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. With good help being so hard to find, this place must be doing something right as this was the best customer service we’ve had in quite some time. We will definitely stay here again.

The BEST getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect!! It’s a great layout, has everything you need, comfortable beds and pillows, close to parking garage, pool and hot tubs and a very easy walk into town. Everything was so easy at check-in and the room was perfect on arrival. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return as soon as we can .

Beautiful Summer Stay

We absolutely loved this condo. It was in a great location. We enjoyed hiking on the trails just outside this condo. The staff was wonderful. We took advantage of the free shuttle. The pool and hot tub was excellent; never crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was in great repair. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful serenity

The place is beautiful and quiet, albeit near the pool,not right on top of it. A prior review gave perfect insight about what is stocked and not. So that was super helpful. They fo have fans (for those that can't stand any heat) both cieling and floor. Comfortable beds. The shower for hot water is great, but you do have to turn the knob full on. I would definitely stay again. Also the TVs do have all straming apps. Just word to the wise...don't forget to log out. 😉

Gorgeous Ski-In Property

We were able to find this room, almost last minute, and we're so happy we did. This rental is clean, beautiful and looks recently updated. The beds are comfortable (one king and one queen). We didn't need the pull out couch. There are 2 separate bathrooms so we didn't have to share with the kids. There are also humidifiers provided for every room and a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The entrance has a heated floor, bench, coat hooks and coat closet which were very convenient. The living room/dining area was roomy enough for the 4 of us and the bar provided additional seating. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, except any containers for leftovers (I would recommend bringing your own, if you need them) There was a small crockpot, coffee maker and a Keurig. Salt, pepper, coffee essentials (sugar, sweeter and creamer)are provided, but nothing else. Some rentals will have spices, oils and other miscellaneous, so just know this one does not, so bring your own. Some rentals also have games, puzzles, etc. this doesn't so you'll need to bring those also. There is a tv in each bedroom and the kids were able to hook up a Nintendo switch to their tv. The gas fireplace turns on with a switch which makes it nice after a day of skiing. There are 3 big outdoor hot tubs on the 4th floor. They were hot and never full. There was also a small warmish outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed. As for the skiing-The Snow Flake Lift is down two flights (the elevator is pretty much right next to the room, which is nice, and it was never noisy or busy). The ticket counter and Charter Sports is on the first floor, next to the lift, so that was handy. It was a perfect ski out property, but not so much for the ski in...unless you like poling. There is a sign off the Snow Flake run, off of Lower Sawmill that takes you straight to the bottom of the Snow Flake lift, but I would not recommend it, especially with small children without poles. There might be another way if you take the Lower 4'Oclock, but we just started going to the base of peak 9 and catching the Yellow bus to the Snow Flake Lift. You can store your skis on the racks and boots in the locker area on first floor. SUPER convenient! This property is close enough to walk to town, but we took advantage of the shuttle. We never waited over 10 minutes and didn't have to worry about parking. Couple of our favorite places are Eric's for the pizza and the arcade and Kenosha for the green chili mac and cheese and the steak. If you want a good margarita, try The Canteen. This was a great experience and we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Excellent Ski-in/Ski-out condo

Blue Sky was a great property with easy access to the Breckenridge ski area. The condo unit was well appointed with high end finishes and appliances and had a great view. There was some construction going on in the building, which would've been helpful to know before arriving as well as a restricted height parking area (again, some better warning would have helped us make a better vehicle selection). Finally, the property opened a bar/cafe called Cu. The bar part was great. The cafe part failed to deliver at the level of experience of the balance of the property.

Perfect ski in ski out

Perfectly located in the Bluesky complex, it is just 2 flights downstairs to the ski rentals,ticket office and the Snowflake lift. So nice!! Quiet corner unit with nice views out all of the windows and deck. Comfy beds and heated floors with open feel in the main dining/living area. Nice outdoor hot tubs and pool. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Great location great home, great staff😍

Literally steps to the snowflake lift, which made this location so amazing for us. Our grandson is six and we wanted this experience to be easy for him-and it was so special! He was skiing black diamonds by the second day and asking to return next year! The staff was over and above helpful and courteous....they were available 24/7 and immediate response when there was an issue...we needed help with the fireplace; maintenance was at our door within minutes. I broke the wine opener (!) and a new one arrived right away wrapped in a plastic bag. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends!
