What a wonderful location

We absolutely loved Napili Shores unit D230. It was the perfect choice for our week in paradise. The beach is amazing. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. We had a couple maintenance issues upon arrival that were fixed immediately. The property management team was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. There was a broken flapper valve in the toilet, right after we arrived, and Chase came out and made sure the issue was resolved immediately. He even stop by the next day with some fishing essentials for my husband. Later in the week when we requested barbecue tools, they were on our kitchen table with approval to enter the unit before we even got back to the condo. Thank you so much for making our week in Maui so wonderful. We will definitely return!

The unit itself is nice and great for two people. Cute decorations, comfortable bed and everything you would need in the kitchen. This unit is very close to the pool and can get LOUD, well into the evening and even after the posted "quiet hours". If you don't mind this, the room is in a nice location. We had to contact the management company a few times about a few things. For the amount of money in "fees" we would have hoped for more. Two rolls of toilet paper for two people on a 10 day stay? Come on. Laundry room key did not work. Beach equipment not as described. Overall a good stay.

Great spot, decor, comfort. close to pool, etc. Photo a little misleading as it is had more greenery than shown, blocking the view outside. Additionally, it would be nice to have a few more towels and soap/shampoo for a 10 day stay. This would be a simple upgrade for stays longer than one week.

Text messages/emails for check in and check out were on time as stated. Quiet even though it is near the pool. The balcony is very private. 2 Restaurants on site but parking was never a problem as they had a monitor posted. The hot water trickled in the kitchen faucet but was good in the bathroom and no dish brush/sponge but not a major deal. Had a toaster oven and blender available as well as the standard appliances, and Air Conditioning! Also had a box of snorkel equipment, umbrella, laundry baskets, large cooler and small cooler bag, that we discovered in the closet in the bathroom. This studio worked very well as we had family staying at another place 10 minutes away. Great stay and we would come back again!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay, as most units in Hawaii it could use some tlc/updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Oven didn’t work but manager got use a toaster oven the same day. The customer service was top notch. The two pools were great, one however is next to the popular Gazebo restaurant so always a line of awkward people waiting in line for a table while resort guests are in the pool. Didn’t matter to us much for we were most likely always at Napili beach/bay. Great, easy access to the beach! Turtles galor and great views. Would stay here again!

We have stayed at this property 5 different times. The whales were everywhere!!!! This unit was very clean, would have liked 2 more beach towels, wine glasses and coffee mugs are too small!!! Overall beautiful property to stay at!

Having lived in Napili, I had certain expectations which were all met. Our condo was clean and provided with everything we needed. Any requests were met head on with approval. Monica was the bomb taking care of any request!

Ok. Noisy due to people talking late at pool and pool filter noise.

Fix the bathroom door! It won't close because it rubs at the top. Your service help desk is wothless. Never did hear from them about missing parking permit and laundry key as mentioned in arrival literature. Turns out it was in a notebook there we didn't know to check.....

Beautiful location . Access to cove after cove on by foot . Condo was clean and had an amazing view. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Trip went off without a hitch. Worth every penny !

An enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. When the two hair dryers in the bathroom did not work we were immediately given a new one which worked well. In spite of having to carry our bags up a flight of stairs we enjoyed being on the second floor because our deck was more private than those on the first floor. An added plus was the proximity of the Gazebo restaurant.

Everything we needed!

We enjoyed staying here very much! The place was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our ten days on Maui. And the items in the condo were of very good quality from the towels to the kitchen appliances. We have already booked for our next year's trip in this same place.

Paradise in Napili

Wonderful resort, with everything you need (towels, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc) to enjoy the outdoors. Nice to have a secure lanai, but less convenient getting to the pool from an upstairs unit. We did not mind though. AC was a nice addition, and the mattress was very comfortable. We did try to get someone to come fix a fuse for us as the lights in the kitchen were not working, but the property manager did not take care of it. We did not call back, but would have liked that to have been working. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very pleased!

Lovely studio condo

We have stayed on this property twice before as we love the bay and how peaceful and quiet it is, perfect for our grandchildren,. This was our first time staying in this particular condo and we were very happy with everything it provided. The owner graciously gave us late check out. Thank you for another wonderful Maui stay.....we had a heat wave and the small a/c unit was a blessing.

Perfect

My husband and I have stayed at several locations/resorts over the last ten years here in Maui that don’t compare to this condo D230 has been the best! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, bathroom & snorkel, beach chairs, umbrella, all you need for a wonderful stay. We stayed 13 nights. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, she is amazing so welcoming, helpful & accommodating., looking forward to our return next year.
