This spacious open concept home is perfect for your Cape Cod vacation. Tucked into a wooded neighborhood in Brewster, no direct access to Lower Mill Pond. This 4 bedroom/ 3 bath solar powered gem can comfortably accommodate 8 guests! The first floor has central air and boasts soaring ceilings and cathedral like windows that fill the area with natural light from morning to dusk. Pristine kitchen with stainless steel and granite and dining for 10 flanks one side of the stairway. On the opposite side of the stairway is the living room, sectional sofa and a 55" tv & extended cable. The 1st floor is also the location of 1 main en suite bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to the 1100 square foot deck. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, each cooled by a ductless split a/c unit. Bedroom #2 and #3 feature queen beds and bedroom #4 has a set of twin beds, Also on the 2nd floor you will find two full bathrooms one with a step in shower and on with a tub shower combination. The beautiful and spacious deck features a dining area, gas grill, and lounge chairs and is an ideal spot to enjoy the idyllic feel of a nature reserve with a seemingly endless species of birds that lay claim to the acres of nearby conservation land.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
