Just off Main Street (Route 6A) on a very private road in beautiful East Dennis, this sparkling property is an ideal choice for your vacation group of up to six. You can walk to nearby freshwater Scargo Lake, where the calm water and unspoiled views make kayaking and paddleboarding special. You're also close to several sandy bayside beaches, where at low tide you can walk straight out onto the “Flats” for a mile or more.

Throughout Main Street and its surroundings, you'll discover exceptional shops and dining options. Be sure to visit the Dennis Public Market, known for its attractive butcher shop and gourmet offerings. For a meal, the walkable Scargo Café is a favorite, along with other great eateries like The Marshside, Grumpy's for breakfast and lunch, and Sesuit Harbor Café, where you can enjoy watching boats while savoring top-notch fried clams. For live entertainment, you're just a short walk from the renowned Cape Playhouse and the Eventide Theater. You can easily stroll to either venue.

Outdoor Living Spaces
Begin by enjoying the stunning in-ground heated saltwater pool, complemented by a stylish stone patio hardscape. Take a refreshing swim and then unwind in a poolside lounge chair, or relax on the fully private 12' X 16' deck. Fire up the gas grill to serve dinner at the umbrella-shaded outdoor dining table. After a beach day, it's special to rinse off salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Additional outdoor living space is available on the covered farmer's porch on the house's side. If you notice three or more vehicles passing by in an hour, it's considered a busy day in this peaceful neighborhood.

Indoor Living Spaces
The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed for easy and enjoyable meal preparation, including a gas range, granite countertops, and high-top seating for two at the counter. You'll also find a café table with seating for four, ideal for kids' snacks, lunches, or morning coffee if you're not outside. The attractive dining room is located right next to the kitchen. The spacious living room provides ample cozy seating with a great view of the large TV mounted above the brick fireplace. Additionally, there is a second lounge area with its own smaller TV.

But wait, there's more! The finished lower level features an additional TV lounge with plenty of seating, and the wall-mounted TV here is also very large.

Sleeping Accommodations
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The primary suite features a comfortable, spacious king-size bed and a private full bath with a tub and a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third has two twin beds. Additionally, a sleep sofa on the main level can be converted into a queen-size bed. The home includes 2.5 bathrooms: two full baths upstairs and a powder room on the main level.
