Beautiful living room balcony is perfect for watching the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf. Spacious master includes a private balcony & a large sunroom with a sitting area for optimal gulf views. Walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and a 10-minute drive to Mercato and the Promenade, with Waterside Shops, Coconut Point, Naples 5th Ave, and the International Airport nearby.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), kick back and relax in the heated backyard pool. Fire up the gas grill from your private deck for the family barbeque. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas conveniently provided. Need bikes, e-bikes, paddle boards, kayaks or anything else for your expedition? We can have them delivered for an additional charge.

Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet throughout the house. Smart TVs located in all bedrooms and both living rooms.

We had a wonderful vacation at South Beach. The house and kitchen were very well appointed with endless views of the Gulf and the beautiful nightly sunsets. The elevator was clutch for a family member who struggles with stairs and the garage fit our large rental SUV with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this home to anyone interested in Bonita Springs!

The host was amazing always very accommodating. This house was amazing. The location was wonderful. The pool and the beach were fabulous. Had so many amenities that you needed each floor in this house was incredible. The views were undescribable. We will definitely come back and stay at this house again.

Million Dollar View

We had an Awesome family vacation.The house was as advertised and very lovely. The views are better than expected. The beach was uncrowded. The location was great for trips to Doc's, food, groceries, Naples. etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, bedding was all comfortable, and couches and dining furniture were all top notch. The owners suite is a haven away from other rooms. We could not have asked for anything else. 10 stars out of 5. Check-in was easy. Owner responded to an issue immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Unbelievable service.

Bonita Springs Beachfront Home

Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from this home. We enjoyed seeing the manatees, dolphins and other wildlife from the panoramic views including two new turtle nests during our stay. Very beautiful home.

Beautiful home-perfect for beach vacation!

Large, comfortable home was perfect for our family to spread out with all the comforts of home. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to eat in, grill, etc. while enjoying stunning sunset views just steps from the Gulf. The pool allowed for fun and relaxation as well. Luxurious beds/bedding made for comfortable sleep at the end of busy days filled with sun, water and fresh air.! Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

The views!

We stayed Nov 6 to 10 after the Hurricane. We knew the city was recovering but after checking in with the locals were told the desperately wanted the tourists back. All that said when booking for my partners 40th bday i made sure to ask about storm damage and was told things were fine. Sadly , the entire bottom floor is under construction. For this price point and direct questions i would have expected to be made aware of this and given the option. Because we're laid back we quickly sorted out who would room in the construction. The house is stunning otherwise and theres never any reason to leave. Great views! The beds are comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. The property crew took care of garbage days. Things to know: Bugs, bugs, bugs thousands on every doorway outside. Not the owners fault, its the location. A leaf blower and exterior fans would help. The dishwasher is the worst, nothing comes clean and its evident by the dishes in the cabinets. Not the cleanest place I've stayed, linens etc. The house is older but expected that. The bugs take over the pool. Ice doesnt refill. The good: location, the beach and chairs, kayak, dolphins every day, kitchen stocked, cooktop and oven are great, elevator, and the master suite. We loved our trip!

Great location

Accomodations were perfect for 3 couples. Great location. Elevator was a nice perk. Prompt correspondence with property manager-communication a pleasure. Negatives: not enough bath towels/washcloths provided; outdoor bbq grill was unsafely full of grease; outdoor garbage cans were full on arrival with pickup not for a few days. Overall, a very lovely stay. We look forward to booking house again

beautiful location - steps to a relatively quiet beach and pool was an added benefit. Home is comfortably appointed and elevator was an invaluable asset with an older relative with us. Incredible view!

Fun Find on Bonita Beach

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home in Bonita Springs in mid-January. My husband, three small children and I were accompanied by my mother and my mother and father-in-law during our trip. Everyone was very comfortable. Each room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and each room had their own bathroom. The elevator in the house was great to assist my mother to get up-and-down the stairs. Our children were mesmerized by all the seashells on the beach just steps away from the back patio. They loved spending time in “Shell Land,” as they called it. And once they were done at the beach we all enjoyed playing in the warm pool. This home had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Florida. The kitchen was well-supplied with cooking pans and utensils. There were plenty of coffee mugs and cups. If you want to bake or cook anything more involved you will have to obtain your own ingredients/spices. We had most of our meals at the house, and it was such a treat to all be gathered together around such a beautiful table with such an amazing view. The house was very easy to get to from the airport, and was close to Ft. Myers and Naples for our various excursions. The check-in instructions were very easy, and when I called to speak with the property management company (prior to our stay) they were so kind and efficient at helping us out! This was a wonderful and memorable stay. We would love to stay again next time we come to this part of Florida!
