The Space:

You will be renting the entire single family home, there are no adjoining units! There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms:



1st floor : Poolside Lounge Room with table (seating of 4), couch and two extra seats, and Smart TV, Entrance to the Elevator, and Stairs

2nd floor : 4 private bedrooms, 3 with King Size Beds, 1 with a Bunk Bed and Trundle Bed. 4 full bathrooms, Washer & Dryer

3rd floor : 2 private bedrooms: 1 with King Bed and 1 with a Double Bunk Bed and Trundle Bed. 2 Full Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Washer & Dryer

There is a driveway in the front of the home that can accommodate four vehicles



Guest Access:

You will receive a code in your welcome letter a couple of days prior to arrival.

For the elevator, The 2 outside doors must be shut and in the lock position, the 2 inside doors must be shut before the elevator will operate.

The home features a private elevator for guest convenience. As with any mechanical system, occasional maintenance or service interruptions may occur. In the unlikely event the elevator is unavailable, stairs are always accessible.

Located in a laid-back coastal community, Fort Myers Beach offers a classic Florida beach town vibe with stunning sunsets, soft white sand, and a relaxed atmosphere. Getting Around:

Getting around Fort Myers Beach is easy and relaxed. Many restaurants, shops, and the beach are within walking distance. The island offers a free tram and trolley service along Estero Blvd for convenient, car-free travel. Biking is also popular, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available. For exploring off-island, a car is recommended.

To help you settle in upon arrival, we provide a starter supply of essential household items. These supplies are intended to get your vacation started and may not last for the duration of your stay.

5–6 trash bags

5–6 dishwasher pods

5–6 laundry detergent pods

A handful of dryer sheets

Hand soap

Dish soap

A few basic cleaning supplies located under the kitchen sink



If you anticipate needing additional supplies during your stay, we recommend purchasing them after arrival based on your group's needs and length of stay.
