Great unit on the bottom floor located in The Lodge community that sleeps 6 Adults comfortably. 3 minute walk to mountain base (350 yards). Steps to resort amenities: outdoor hot tubs, heated pool, and BBQ grills. Open floor plan - 1,041 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bath resort condo with two private ski lockers just outside the unit. It also comes with a large 5 person Private Ski locker located at the Base at SBT LKR. Unit has a private covered patio facing green belt.
The master bedroom is very large and has a king bed, TV and in the suite, private bathroom.
The second bedroom is located on the other side of the unit has two Queen beds and a pull out single, TV, and full private bathroom.
The kitchen is large and open, remodeled and equipped with all necessary items for your prefect meal. There is a large TV in the living area, right next to the cozy gas fireplace. Queen sofa sleeper in living area. Enjoy your large covered patio / balcony, equipped with great patio furniture. This unit is located just a few minutes walk to Gondola Square, where all shops and restaurants are and where the ski slopes start. Free ski season shuttle service to take you to base of mountain or around town. There is a small grocery store and liquor store just a 1 minute walk.

We have a two ski lockers located just outside the front door of the condo that are locked with a key. We also have a private locker rental located at Base at SBT LKR that is accessible with a keypad and available for guests to use. It has capacity for 5 pairs of skis/snowboards, 5 pairs of boots with boot drying racks, hooks for helmet/clothing. The locker has a key pad to access and measures 24” wide by 22” deep x 86” high.

A/C: NO ( The Vast Majority of units in Steamboat do not have A/C and it is usually not needed. Fans Available in the unit.)

Parking notes: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking pass(es) will be issued at check in and must be displayed in front wind-shield at all times during stay.
PARKING – We can guarantee one parking spot per unit. Please contact the front desk to inquire about getting a second parking pass. Sometimes they can accommodate but during busy times of the year spaces can be all taken so additional parking permits are not guaranteed.
