Everlong Residential presents this near Uptown Cozy Rental 2 BR Ranch style home - professionally cleaned in between stays with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Nice accommodations for either work or pleasure with a plush queen size pull out sofa. Convenient keyless entry. Located minutes from all that Uptown Charlotte has to offer. Bank of America Stadium, Truist Ballpark, & Spectrum Center are all 5 minutes away. We are also a stones throw away from the Avid Exchange Music Factory if you happen to be in town for a show.

Classic, comfortable, functional space if you are looking to work from home. This ranch style home has a fabulously updated kitchen and bathroom with a spa like shower. Kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator), and a Keurig coffee machine. There is also a washer and dryer available for use. Detergents not provided due to allergies. Coffee and creamer are complimentary. Pack N Play and high chair available on request and must be made in advance a week prior to check in (based on availability)

We are nearby if anything should arise but you will be able to check in via keypad with your own personalized code. As 28x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

Electric scooters from lime or bird are a fun and efficient way to get to your destination. Uber/Lyft are also good options. Dont forget about our lightrail for easy access to southend or uptown.

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present:  Alarm system is in place. There is one camera at the front porch and one camera at the driveway. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present:  There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
