Villa grande, a solo 300 metros de la playa, con capacidad para 8 personas, con una gran piscina y vistas únicas a todo el golfo. Amplio jardín (1700 m2) con terrazas y barbacoa. Para niños con mesa de ping pong, juegos de mesa, TV vía satélite y Playstation. A tan sólo 300 metros de una pequeña playa de guijarros
Todas las 3 habitaciones de la primera planta tienen aire acondicionado. La planta baja es un gran espacio grande con cocina, una zona de comedor confortable, una sala de televisión y una pequeña habitación con camas de primera necesidad. El amplio jardín ofrece la posibilidad de cosechar higos, naranjas, limones ... todo dependiendo de la temporada, por supuesto!

Villa Lomellini, se encuentra a unos 8 km del centro de Trapani, a sólo 4 km de sus playas de arena. Mover fuera de Trapani, a lo largo de la carretera costera de San Vito Lo Capo, se encuentra la villa momentos antes del pequeño pueblo de pescadores de Bonagia, donde podrá realizar sus compras para todas las tiendas de comestibles requeridos. Villa Lomellini goza de una vista única sobre el golfo todo con un perfil impresionante de la montaña de enfrente de ustedes Cofano y las rocas ásperas del Monte Erice detrás de usted.

El aeropuerto más cercano es de Trapani, a 30 km aproximadamente. Aeropuerto de Palermo, Falcone-Borsellino, a unos 100 km.

Lovely villa in peaceful, relaxing area.Enough room for three adults and one teenager.The immaculate swimming pool set in beautiful gardens was the biggest attraction, along with table tennis in the grounds and good,clean bathrooms and kitchen.Shopping facilities were within short and easy reach and the sunrise and sunset views from the balconies were breathtaking.

Super located and cosy villa

Very, very nice place. The villa is not new but has loads of character and feels at home from the moment you arrive. Many terraces, nice pool area, great kitchen + bbq and great to visit the beautiful area. Also extremely nice and welcoming owners. NB: a big car is better parked outside the gate. the driveway up and parking is narrow!

Wonderful place, fully consistent with the ad.

Charming house with large well equipped kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were six friends and there were a separate bed for each. Fantastic view from the many terraces. Perfect location of the covered terrace just next to the kitchen. Wonderful large pool and pool area. Good barbecue area. Supermarkets and bakeries are close by but you will need a car to get around. The hosts are easy to contact and very responsive. We would stay here again should we come to this area again.

A fine house in a stunning location

The house is as good as advertised. Even in winter the scenery is special. Spacious, with glorious views of the sea in front and mountain behind, well clear of other properties. The parade of sheep and goats twice daily are an extra delight. The owner warned us before we booked that it could be cold and advised how to get the best out of the heating. Despite preoccupation with parents serious illness he took care to ensure we were happy with house and facilities. A great winter break with much better weather than England and no crowds at tourist venues.

We loved our stay at la Villa Lomellini!

We had the privilege to stay at the beautiful Villa for a week and had the most relaxing time. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the garden, the pool and the view on the sea and Monte Cofano are simply magical. Miriam is a very kind and respectful host, with whom it is very easy to communicate. The house is well located to explore the region. From there, we visited Trapani, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Riserva dello Zingaro, and Palermo. The little village of Bonagia, right next door, is charming, and its Antica Panetteria Panicifio sells delicious pastries and food to go. The port of Bonagia is also a good spot to book boat excursions. We are already dreaming of coming back!

A special place! Wow, the view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our break at this lovely Villa! It's so well designed to make the best of the wonderful views. The setting really is as good as it looks in the pictures, if not better! There is a very appealing family atmosphere, it certainly does feel like you're a special guest in someone's home. The swing chair on the veranda is the perfect finishing touch! We enjoyed the pool very much, even though it was a little chilly, especially at the beginning of our stay. Being able to light the log fire on a couple of evenings was a real treat too. The location is also excellent. It was so quiet, especially in the evening, when we were there. The flowers on the hill behind are truly amazing and we were lucky enough to see the sheep and goats one morning! We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and food. A big thank you to Miriam and her family.

Stunning setting!

If you want stunning views, serenity and tranquility, this property delivers in bucket loads! The pool is amazing and somehow keeps itself free of leaves and petals from the lovely plants in the grounds. Lots of outdoor seating areas. A fully equipped kitchen, that had everything we needed. I slept better in the 9 nights that we stayed here, better than I’ve ever slept - a combination of the comfy bed, the peace and a little help of a glass of lemoncello before bed!The only slight negatives for us - and it might not be for others - there were no mattresses on the sunbeds and there was no shelf in either of the shower units, which was only minor for us, could prove a problem with people with mobility issues (having to bend down for soap, shampoo etc). It should be said that both showers gave exceptional water pressure! Bottled water providedOur choice of restaurants didn’t give us quite the Sicilian experience we were expecting, but had we travelled further afield, I’m sure it would have been completely different. The ice cream shop locally has great ice creams! You need a car to get around - so many places to visit. You must go to Erice if you stay at Villa Lomellini - beautiful. Also, San Vito Lo Capo - especially at night when the lights are on in the main street; so pretty.Communication with the owners, Miriam and Ronny,was first class - responding to messages almost instantly. The green information folder could do with an update!A fabulous place to stay!

Please Don't Wake Me From This Dream

We’re in our fifties and have traveled pretty extensively. This was by far our favorite vacation home of them all. I kept waiting to wake up as if from a dream. Picture this: You wake up to a brilliant sunrise over the sea and mountains, go for a morning dip in the pool, hike up to the ridge or explore a grotto where you can lie beneath 5,000 year old pictograms, then back in the pool before lunch and an afternoon siesta. In the afternoon, you drive to Zingaro Nature Reserve to trek to one of its secret beaches and enjoy a gelato from the vendor on your way out. In the evening, you head the other direction to watch the sun set over the Marsala Salt Flats before catching a bite in Trapani at night. No matter where you venture, though, you can’t wait to return to Villa Lomellini. The views are breathtaking, the landscaping is divine, and dining al fresco or just sitting in the porch swing while enjoying both is something else. We really can’t say enough about it. Miriam was such an attentive host, even from afar, and was always quick to respond if we needed her or wanted another recommendation. We will do everything in our power to try to return.

Beautiful house, great views

We spent a fantastic week in early April in Villa Lomellini with our family. We loved the cosy terraces and the fascinating view. The sea, the mountains and Monte Cofano look different all the time with the change of light and weather. We also liked the sheep passing close by the house clinging their bells going up he mountain. We spent most time outdoors, but the interior is very nice and comfortable as well with a brand new and very spacious kitchen. And plenty of utensils and crockery to make life easier. The grandchildren, 8 and 3 years old, loved the games, the tricycle and the balls. The pool was very tempting but we only ventured in briefly, it was still too cold so early in the season. The position of the house is very good to make trips in all directions. Trapani, Erice , San Vito lo Capo, Scopello and the temple and theatre at Segesta were within easy reach and all highly recommended. The shopping in Bonagia was good and easy. We loved the bread from the panificio, and the croissants! Better than in France. There is a good restaurant as well and a take-away pizzeria. Fortunately there are a lot of stairs to climb in and around the house so we got rid of some of the extra calories. Thank you Miriam and Ronny for making us feel very welcome.

A place where to relax

Villa Lomellini is a wonderful place. We have stayed there with the four of us, two couples, for fourteen days, in September. At our arrive Miriam and Ronny were waiting for us, showed around and explained what we needed to know. The villa is located on top of the hill of a small village and it's the last house before the mountain, easy to reach by car. The sea is 300 mt. downhill. The view you have is breathtaking, sitting on the balconies and just enjoy it! At the ground floor living room, dining room, one bathroom, the laundry and one small bedroom, big space, two doors/windows with access to the balcony, awesome! Upstairs three bedrooms, one with one kingsize bed and two with two one person bed each, with quiet comfortable mattresses (a bit hard though) and one bathroom. The pool is fantastic, basically in the sun all day but with sunbeds all around where we could sunbath, with some spots in the shade! I could even do some small swimming in the pool, though it's not deep, to be honest most of the time we were just lying on the lilos floating on the water :) The villa has a satellite tv in the living room with many channels, a play station and the internet modem, the internet signal is not very potent and it falls down a lot, we had to restart it many times during the day. Ronny had made a book with all the instructions for the villa and tips for the touristic attractions, VERY helpful! To do the grocery we went to Bonagia, a village 2 km from the villa where there are two supermarkets, two bakeries and few bars. I would definitely recommend this place for a vacation, also because is close by many others small beautiful Sicilian towns, reachable by car and worth a visit!

Traumhaft!

Wir haben 11 wunderbare Tage hier verbracht. Wirklich ein tolles Anwesen mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer! Der Pool war für unsere Kinder mega, Ferienhaus war sauber und die Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und freundlich! Wir würden dieses Anwesen jederzeit nochmal buchen und sind gut erholt wieder zu Hause angekommen. Vielen Dank!

Geheimes Sizilien

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in der phantastischen Villa Lomellini verbringen dürfen und haben jede Minute genossen! Abseits vom Massentourismus, absolut authentisch und für alle etwas zu entdecken. Unser Sohn hat Kitesurfen gelernt, wir sind mit dem Motorboot nach Favignana gefahren, haben die Küste mit unserem mitgebrachten Kanu erkundet, das mittelalterliche Erice bestaunt, uns am leckeren Essen, dem fantastischen Pool, der traumhaften Aussicht erfreut und am Ende festgestellt, dass wir unbedingt wiederkommen müssen, um alles noch einmal erleben zu dürfen und noch viel mehr. Miriam und Ronny sind mit Herz und Seele dabei und unglaublich tolle Gastgeber. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles, ihr macht das super!

Traumhaus-Traumurlaub

Dieser Ort ist wahrhaft magisch und hat uns bei unserer Ankunft echt umgehauen. Ein unglaubliches Panorama von der Terrasse aus, ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus, ein wundervoller gepflegter Garten und ein Ende Mai bereits angenehm warmer, herrlich großer Pool - das Leben kann so schön sein ! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Miriams Mutter empfangen und mit allem vertraut gemacht. Miriam selbst war zwar zu dieser Zeit außer Landes, reagierte aber immer prompt auf Anfragen und hatte auch tolle Tipps für uns für Sehens- und Schmeckenwertes in der Umgebung -herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir haben uns definitiv rundum wohlgefühlt und sind zugegebenermaßen ein wenig neidisch auf die Besitzer dieses herrlichen Anwesens- ein echtes Kleinod - und kommen sicher wieder, dann in hoffentlich voller Besetzung was dieses Mal ja leider nicht geklappt hat. Bis dahin erfreuen wir uns an dem köstlichen Perricone von dem Weingut , das Miriam uns empfohlen hatte. Danke dafür und alles Liebe !

This villa was the perfect salve after 2 years of vivid and working at home. The view from the patio takes your breath away. Our family will never forget this vacation. Herrliches Anwesen mit Meeresblick

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die vielen sehr schönen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Verweilen in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen des Anwesens, angefangen von den Terrassen über die verschiedenen Ebenen am Pool und im Garten. Dabei hatte man immer auch einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, auf den gepflegten Bereich des Gartens mit seinen unterschiedlichsten Bäumen, Sträuchern und Büschen. Das Haus selbst ist gut und großzügig ausgestattet. Es hat uns allen gut gefallen. Herzlichen Dank auch für den immer guten Kontakt zwischen Miriam, Ronny und uns. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wonderful holiday in a spacious villa in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed in the villa in late September / early October. Before our holiday started, the owners contacted us by phone and explained everything about the property that we needed to know. They where very attentive and also contacted us a couple of times during our vacation and asked if everything was OK. The location of the villa is great - it is located on a hillside in a small quiet village. There is a mountain on one side and you can see the sea on the other side. Views are breathtaking. The house is just a few hundred meters from the sea, although the beaches are more far away. Guest bedrooms are located on two floors, two of them have doors which lead to a spacious balcony which overlooks the garden and the pool. There is also a balcony on the ground floor, which is connected to the living room and the kitchen. This is very convenient, you can prepare your breakfast in the kitchen and have it just a few steps away on the balcony. The garden is quite big and very beautiful. And last but not least - the private pool. It is quite big and it is illuminated when it gets dark outside. The water is clean, the maintenance team comes and takes care of the pool once a week. We enjoyed our holiday very much and we definitely recommend this property to other travellers as well.

schöner Ausblick aufs Meer, ruhige Lage am Berg direkt an einem Wanderweg nach Erice durch die Lage am Berg zu dieser Jahreszeig (Oktober) wenig Sonne, deshalb ist der Pool recht kühl

Charming Villa with an Amazing View

My friends and I had a great time in this charming and authentic Sicilian villa in this month of September. We completely felt in love of its view on the sea, the calm and relaxing neighbor but also the Hills behind it that you can you can go explore during the sunset: breathtaking. Weather was nice enough to enjoy the pool all day long or the sand beach that is 5 mins away from the Villa by car. All the equipments was here to fully feel like home. Miriam and Ronny, the hosts, have been really helpful and available for any of our questions or requests. At your arrival, you will also find a booklet with all the local tips and best restaurants around, much appreciated! We will highly recommend people to rent the Villa that is well located and will make you feel Like a real Sicilian for the time of your vacations 🥰 Thank you again for this lovely journey! Magali

Wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Der Pool ist fantastisch, es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und Spiele und sogar ein kleines Kanu, das man zur nahen Kiesbucht tragen und damit paddeln kann. Die Vermieter waren sofort erreichbar, sehr freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit, als wir Probleme mit der Handhabung einer Klimaanlage hatten. Der Blick ist fast noch schöner, als es auf dem Bildern festgehalten werden kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa near Erice

The house is lovely, beautifully furnished with individual style. The open plan downstairs is very spacious. We swam in the pool every day. We recommend walks in Trapani, Castellammare, Erice and especially St Vito lo Capo but really spent most of our time by the pool or on the various terraces.
