La Villa en sí es muy amplia y tiene capacidad para seis personas, mientras que en la parte trasera de la casa es una pequeña casa de campo, con capacidad para tres más, pero los alojamientos sólo están disponibles para el mismo grupo. Dentro del recinto también es una cochera cubierta y una muy eficiente, construida de piedra, barbacoa cubierta. La terraza para comer al aire libre también está cubierta para dar sombra, pero mira hacia la piscina y el mar. Scopello se encuentra a 3 kilómetros de distancia para ir de compras.

Stunning stay

We had a gorgeous time in this stunning villa. I highly recommend it for the place itself, the beaches close by, the pool, the owner, the cleaners, the garden, the surrounding areas, the local chef that came to cook for us…. Everything was magical.

Wonderful Stay!

We had the most amazing time at Livia’s beautiful home in Scopello! The house, pool and grounds all with panoramic sea views were idyllic for our family of 10 who had travelled to Sicily for our son’s wedding. A truly fantastic place we will never forget!

Recommended to spend your Holiday

Both Sicily and Villa Scopello are a great place to spend your holidays. The things I liked most were: - welcome with Local dishes; - location (view over the sea and nice walk to a small beach); - communication with the owner of property (easy & real time)

Breathtaking Home with all the comforts

We were blown away by how lovely this home is. Not only are the sea views beautiful, but so is the huge pool surrounded by native plants and flowers. We loved spending time outside in the evenings. Livia went above and beyond for our group - I would give 10 stars if I could!

Incredible Family Friendly Villa

We could not have loved our stay here more!!! Our family, children six & eight, along with grandparents were delighted by how luxurious yet welcoming the property felt! The home is stocked with everything a family could need. The pool is huge & the kids loved it so much! The seperate dwelling was perfect for grandparents. Everything was just incredible, we’d love to stay every year! Livia the perfect host & the welcome food was very much appreciated!

Beautiful villa by the sea

The house is as described, but even more beautiful than in the listing pictures. Livia is a wonderful host and kind. There is a ground floor room that is easily accessible for anyone i’m writing up I’m saying there’s a ground floor room that is accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The house has many lovely communal areas but is spacious and It’s a private private is communal areas and is spacious. The private road is rocky in areas and may be difficult for cars low to the ground. I highly recommend the villa to everyone.

The best villa on Sicily

Livia’s villa was magical. I hosted my wedding at her villa where Livia was very gracious to allow me and my husband bring our families to have a beautiful wedding on the property. The house is very spacious, very clean and has gorgeous views. Lots of walking areas along the beach. Livia was a great communicator and exceeded all our expectations. She even offered to bring her cleaning service during our stay. This villa is private which we loved and felt very comfortable and safe in this villa. The Villa had everything we needed. Livia was also very gracious to contact any restaurants and quickly responded to any of our needs. I miss this place already and We will definitely be coming back many times!!

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir hatten mit 8 Erwachsenen aus der Familie und 1 Kleinkind einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Livia. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Inventar in der Küche etc. ist komplett. Livia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, bei irgendwelchen Problemen hat sie sofort jemand geschickt der sich gekümmert hat. Das Haupthaus ist sehr groß, mit aktivem Kleinkind wegen der Treppen allerdings etwas gefährlich. Das Nebengebäude ist auch wunderschön und ebenerdig, also wurde der Nachwuchs dort mit den Eltern untergebracht. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, die Zufahrt ist geschottert und mit Kinderwagen nicht zu befahren. Dafür hat man in der etwas abgelegenen Sackgasse herrliche Ruhe. Festes Schuhwerk sollte man dabei haben, es gibt in der Umgebung tolle Wanderrouten und der Zugang zu der Meeresbucht am Haus ist mit Sandalen nicht einfach zu begehen. Wir können das Haus und die nette Vermieterin besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Väldigt lyxig och fin villa med fantastisk havsvy!

Lyxig och fin villa med fantastisk utemiljö för långa middagar på kvällen. Stora ytor i huset och bra sovrum. Rent och fräscht. Livia var väldigt serviceminded, trevlig och tillmötesgående. Området är väldigt lugnt Poolen är fantastisk och gott om sköna solsängar. Det är gångavstånd ca 10 min till en stor fin strand (sten). Villan överträffade våra förväntningar och vi återvänder gärna!

Amazing house and host!

It is a gorgeous house with outstanding views. Livia is an amazing host. She met us at the house even though it was late and walked us through everything that we needed to know for our stay. Provided us with some wine and snacks upon our arrival which was above and beyond our expectations. She also gave us several recommendations and even made dinner reservations for us. If we needed anything.....she was available by text. We had plenty of room for 8 persons. The pool was fantastic so we were able to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location is perfect. Just a few miles to Scopello. The drive up to the house is a bit bumpy because it is a dirt road right on the coastline. Overall.....absolutely beautiful and we look forward to another visit to this location!

Enchanting views!

We genuinely had the best time at this home. I don’t think the pictures shown do it justice! The host greeted us and showed incredible hospitality! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as well as provided great recommendations in the area. The home is close to two very cute towns with great restaurants and beaches. It was overall stunning, fully stocked, cleanly and relaxing for all of us! I would highly recommend and return!

Magnificent, what else?

Sommer verlängert! Super Gastgeberin!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa von Livia. Livia ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Zur Begrüssung hat Livia sehr leckere sizilianische Spezialitäten serviert. Weiter hat Livia auch eine super Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Kaffee war ausgezeichnet. Da kann jede Kapselmaschine einpacken. Veranda, Pool und Whirlpool haben wir jeden Tag sehr genossen. Der Pool hatte auch im Oktober noch angenehme Temperaturen. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist jedoch etwas abenteuerlich (Schotterstrasse) und die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme der Villa hätte besser sein können. Den Direktvergleich hatten wir jedoch erst nach der zusätzlich gebuchten Zwischenrenigigung. Aber alles in Allem: Super Urlaub in einem grosszügigen Haus!

Fantastische villa

Geweldige complete en op schitterende locatie gelegen vakantie woning. Alles zit er op en aan en met het fantastische zwembad en terras i.c.m. het uitzicht hoef je hier eigenlijk nergens anders meer naar toe. Alhoewel het dichtsbijzijnde strand ook niet te versmaden is. Een aanrader 1e klas.

Beautiful get away.

We had such a nice stay at Livia's place. The house is even more beautiful in real life. Great pool. Great jacuzzi. Great beds:) Communication with the owner was fast en good. Would highly recommend this place.

Spacious villa with stunning views

Plenty of seating areas which were used at different times of the day according to the temperature. Lovely BBQ area. About 10 min walk to nearest beach with bar. Uphill on way back so took longer with very young children. Spent most of time around the lovely pool.

Great vacation!

We were a family of ten and everyone of us from 9 to 80 enjoyed a lot staying in this beautiful house elegantly furnished and decorated with welcoming and homelike touches in addition to all the necessary implements. The marvellous and quiet outside setting is looking on the blue sea and the mountain ridges with a beautifully trimmed garden leading to the shore. And of course the nice swimming pool and jaccuzi areas could accommodate everyone according his wishes. We really would have like to stay longer in this little « paradise « ! The S..... family from France.

Wonderful Villa! Highly recommend

We rented this villa for the week of Thanksgiving. Our party consisted of two couples and one child. The villa was perfect and beautiful. There are two houses and we ended up having one couple in the main house and one in the guest house but both could have stayed in the main house comfortably. The pool area with outside seating was a great place to relax. The beach was a short walk down the hill and there was a private-ish rocky beach directly in front of the house. Livia was great to work with and very accommodating. The house is on a dirt road that is easy to miss/confuse with a driveway. I highly recommend staying there.

Superschön!

Wir haben eine Woche Ferien in dieser Villa gemacht und es war sehr schön. Viel Platz, sauber, sehr schöner gepflegter Pool, toller Garten und alles sehr ordentlich! Auch eine sehr verlässliche Eigentümerin: tolles Willkommensgeschenk und jeder Kontakt höflich und zuvorkommend! Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass es wirklich auf der nicht touristischen Seite der Insel ist. Dadurch ist alles sehr authentisch, die Restaurants toll und sehr italienisch. Aber städtische Bummelbesuche findet man da nicht!

Wohlfühlambiente mit super Meerblick!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus mit schöner, großer und überdachter Terrasse, von der aus man über den Pool und Garten einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer hat. Zusätzlich noch eine große Panoramaterrasse im 1. Stock. Sehr gepflegter Garten bis hinunter zum kleinen Anliegerschotterweg. Sehr ruhig. Direkter Einstieg ins Meer über einen kleinen Fußweg die "Klippen" hinunter (teils mit Treppe) bis zu einer sehr kleinen Badebucht mit Kies. Von dort aus guter Zugang zum Wasser. Oder man läuft die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus zurück Richtung Ort (ca. 15 Min), dann kommt man an eine große Strandbucht mit Liegestuhlverleih (Kies). Das Haus an sich bietet alles, was man benötigt; es gibt sogar eine extra Spülküche mit Spülmaschine und einen sehr schönen, gemauerten Außengrill. Die Villa ist sehr hell mit viel Platz, die Schlafzimmer geräumig, die Betten bequem. Ein tolles Extra ist der Whirlpool unter Palmen, mit Aussicht, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein gepflegter, gepflastete Hof mit 2 Carports und einem hübschen Extra-Haus mit Wohnzimmer. Küche (Waschmaschine) und 2 weiteren Schlafzimmern. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden! Wir haben uns 1 Woche rundum wohl gefühlt und den Charme des Hauses genossen. Gerne wieder!

Wonderful Villa

It was a wonderful property with plenty of space to spread out. The accommodation was excellent although we spent most of our time on the terrace and in the pool. Really great holiday venue.

The villa with its immaculate white-washed walls with its mixture of cheerful colours terracotta floors is magnificent , with plenty of space and a lovely garden looking down to the sea
Light floods in from all angles.There is a covered seating and dining area near the pool plus plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The outside area has a large dining area with place for everyone as well as a relaxing area.
From the garden entrance to the house a small path leads to the crystal clear waters below where you can snorkel.
It is a well-located summer house within easy reach of the beaches, rocky coves, restaurants and shops of Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo.
