Lovely Island Villa (Shipwatch 214C) con Free Ocean Breeze

After we decided on Wild Dunes, we spent many years weighing all the possibilities of the different options available on the island. We like that Shipwatch is far enough from the beach to be protected from hurricanes. They remodeled the building shortly before we bought, to replace all the windows and glass doors with hurricane resistant ones. We love that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bath. This unit has high end everything. The cabinets, counter tops, furnishings, etc. We knew when we walked in the front door, that this was the condo for us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Two of the bathrooms were completely remodeled in December of 2023.

* Great view of the beach and ocean, even from the kitchen. For other listings that don't mention this or if there are no pictures of the beach from the condo, chances are you can't see the beach from the condo.
* Although there are many three bedroom villas in Shipwatch, this one has no stairs within the unit. It also has been updated.
* This unit, along with all of the units on the first three floors (the ones without stairs inside), has a larger balcony, allowing the sectional couch.
* Flooring is either tile or luxury vinyl tile. There's no questionable carpet.
* Internet speed upgraded to 45mbps
* All 4 TVs are smart. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz available.
* Two of the bathrooms have been totally remodeled.
