Lovely Island Villa (Shipwatch 214C) con Free Ocean Breeze

Somos los nuevos propietarios de esta encantadora unidad del segundo piso, en las deseables Villas Shipwatch. 214C tiene algunas de las mejores vistas del océano en Shipwatch. Las vistas también incluyen el paisaje tropical y un poco de la hermosa piscina comunitaria. Cada uno de los tres dormitorios tiene su propio baño completo! Camas King en el master (Admiral's Suite) y en la primera habitación (Captain's Suite). Tanto una cama doble como una cama individual se encuentran en la segunda habitación (Habitación del primer compañero). Las amplias salas de estar abiertas tienen hermosos pisos de baldosas con alfombras en cada una de las habitaciones. Perfect location. Steps away from the mineral pool. My grandson loved the baby pool as well. Every morning sitting on the deck admiring the huge oak tree and seeing the ocean beyond it was perfection. Shipwatch sets up an umbrella and chairs on the beach daily that is tagged with your name on it. Can’t get easier than that!The condo has everything you could need… just bring your beach/pool towels. The two King bedroom condo set up was perfect for my adult family as well. Wild Dunes shopping and restaurants just minutes awayLoved it here!

Perfect location for beach getaway

Isle of Palms is an excellent choice for a stay at the South Carolina Coast! The property was clean and appeared as advertised. What is great about this unit is that it is within steps of the pool and right behind the pool is the access to the beach. The beaches were amazing and they are not crowded.

Great place in a great location

Place was just as expected from the pictures and everything went smoothly our entire stay. Having the pool and beach so conveniently located is a major plus for this property since Wild Dunes is a big resort.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

The location of this condo was great! Short walk to the beach with showers and feet sprayers at the end of the walking path. The pool was beautiful and the area around it was well maintained. The grounds were beautiful as well. It is in a quiet area so noise level was not a concern for us at any point, this was great considering we have young kids. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the stay, cook meals in the condo, and do laundry as needed. Having three bathrooms was so convenient too. The WiFi worked well too. Lori was.great and was super quick to answer my questions as I had them. I had no issues at all and would recommend this condo!

Perfect Condo

We visit Charleston the last week of February every year. We have stayed in many condos. This is one of our favorites. The condo is perfectly stocked and clean. We had everything we needed. We love Wild Dunes community and look forward to next year.

Thanksgiving family getaway

Lori is awesome to work with. My goal was to have my family (twin seniors in HS and a junior in college) enjoy some family time together away from the “usual” craziness of life with an. extended family holiday! This was the perfect place! It was big enough to stretch out and Cozy to play family games and spend time as a family. Location was exceptional and I (mom) spent time on the patio reading books and binge watch tv while listening to the waves! Will Come Back again. Lori was exceptional with communication when I was concerned about road closures and offered a full refund past the deadline when I was nervous about travel. She’s great. Condo was clean and in a great location! Perfect family getaway!

IOP - Labor Day 2024

Great relaxing stay and a family get together. Beach was close and pool was relaxing. Beach wasn’t crowded and able to dig my toes into the sand while the kids played. Condo was the right size for our group. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Baseball tournament/beach trip

We came to the island for a baseball tournament and enjoyed this condo for our family of five. It was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful location for us to retreat to from the craziness of a baseball tournament! :)

Would definitely stay here again!

Book your stay in this condo and you won't be disappointed! You can't beat the proximity to the pool and the beach (which is important when you have a toddler!) It's easy to see that the condo has significant upgrades from other condos we have stayed in in the past. It was no fault of anyone, but we had a minor hiccup or two happen at the beginning of our stay and Lori was responsive, gracious, and more than fair. She genuinely works hard to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We have been coming to the Isle of Palms for years but we always end up staying in different condos and have never stayed in one that we were desperate to book again - until now! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are looking forward to booking something in late 2024. We even got to see a sea turtle come to shore to nest. Run, don't walk to this condo because it will surely be booked soon.

My husband, Jeff and I have loved the Charleston area since before we even met. One of our first vacations together, in 1990, was a trip to Charleston. We've always dreamed of owning a place on the beach near there. That dream has finally come true! We, along with our 22 year old daughter and Jeff's parents purchased this place in 2019. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

After we decided on Wild Dunes, we spent many years weighing all the possibilities of the different options available on the island. We like that Shipwatch is far enough from the beach to be protected from hurricanes. They remodeled the building shortly before we bought, to replace all the windows and glass doors with hurricane resistant ones. We love that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bath. This unit has high end everything. The cabinets, counter tops, furnishings, etc. We knew when we walked in the front door, that this was the condo for us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Two of the bathrooms were completely remodeled in December of 2023.

* Great view of the beach and ocean, even from the kitchen. For other listings that don't mention this or if there are no pictures of the beach from the condo, chances are you can't see the beach from the condo.
* Although there are many three bedroom villas in Shipwatch, this one has no stairs within the unit. It also has been updated.
* This unit, along with all of the units on the first three floors (the ones without stairs inside), has a larger balcony, allowing the sectional couch.
* Flooring is either tile or luxury vinyl tile. There's no questionable carpet.
* Internet speed upgraded to 45mbps
* All 4 TVs are smart. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz available.
* Two of the bathrooms have been totally remodeled.

We also provide two beach chairs and one umbrella for every day of your stay, except your check-in and check-out days. You will also receive 15% off of any additional beach chair/umbrella needs from IOP Chairs and Umbrellas.
