MAIN LIVING ROOM:
When you step inside The Gathering Place, you will be welcomed by a stunning view of the mountains and tall pines visible through a wall of windows. The main floor has an open-concept design that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, with vaulted ceilings, beautiful wooden beams, and cherry hardwood floors that add to its elegance. The living room has comfortable leather chairs, a cozy sectional couch, and a wood-burning fireplace that creates a cozy ambiance. The air conditioning system also ensures you remain cool and comfortable even on hot summer days.

KITCHEN/DINING:
The new kitchen boasts beautiful warm maple cabinets, quartz countertops, and ample meal preparation space. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. You`ll find everything you need in the kitchen- spices, condiments, oils, foil, and baggies. Recycling is made easy with conveniently placed recycling cans in the kitchen. The dining area has a beautiful wooden table with eight seats, perfect for gathering and creating family memories. Additionally, the kitchen island provides extra seating for three.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The sliding glass doors lead to a private deck where you can unwind with a good book or soak in the night sky and refreshing mountain breeze. The deck has a gas grill and table and chairs. Watch for wildlife such as deer, elk, bears, coyotes, chipmunks, turkeys, and mountain birds. Just a few steps away, there is an enclosed gazebo with a large hot tub and twinkling fairy lights, making it the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of hiking.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room on the main Level has a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry essentials, an iron, and an ironing board are provided.

LIVING ROOM # 2
On the second Level of this house, there is a spacious and attractive family living area. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom is also located nearby. You can enjoy watching a movie on the large sectional sofa or have a great time playing family games at the game table.

OFFICE/READING AREA:
A separate office/reading room with a desk and high-speed broadband is available for those who need to work while vacationing. It`s also perfect for reading or having some quiet time.

LIVING AREA # 3 (GAME ROOM)
The game room on the lower Level is where you can play Foosball or stream your favorite shows. It also has a queen pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress, making it a comfortable resting place. If you need a quick dip, grab some towels and head out through the sliding door to the lower patio, where you`ll find a gazebo with a large hot tub just a few steps away.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Our bedrooms have luxurious, high-quality linens, pillows, alarm clocks, reading lamps, luggage racks, and ceiling or additional portable fans. The house has air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Primary Suite (Upper Level): This suite has a King-sized bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Middle Level) has a queen-sized bed with a new hybrid memory foam mattress, side tables, reading lamps, and a walk-in closet.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 (Lower Level): Each has a king-sized bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress, reading lamps, side tables, fans, and closets to store personal belongings.

Sleeping Area (Lower Level Living/Game Room): This space has a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress. It shares the common bathroom on this Level.

All bathrooms have pump refillable shampoo/conditioner, & body wash, essential cosmetics items (Q-tips, Cotton balls, Makeup Remover), organic feminine hygiene products, hand soap, and a hairdryer.

The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted/soaker tub, sink, toilet, and space for storing personal items.

The second full bathroom (Middle Level) is outside bedroom # 2. It has a stand-up shower, sink, and toilet.

The third full bathroom (Lower Level) is adjacent to bedrooms 3 & 4. It has a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, and toilet.

There is a half bath off the main living area and kitchen.
