Resort Fun at its Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the newly refurbished 9 hole mini-golf, Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, tennis, pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard. The Cabana and lakefront pools are closed for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

I booked this place because it advertised indoor amenities like a jacuzzi, ping pong, and pool tables — which sounded perfect since it’s been unbearably hot. Turns out, a family basically moved in to those spaces and hogged them the entire time. I mean literally 24/7. I reached out to the host like Vrbo told me to… and crickets. No response. Nothing. So yeah, I paid more for a stay with “amenities,” and all I got was heat, frustration, and being completely ignored. If I wanted to feel unwelcome and overcharged, I could’ve just stayed home.

We loved t he properly VERY clean! We were gonna ask why we got the top floor on the top of the hill BUT wait once we saw the ENTIRE lake view I was blown away. Thank you for the best Anniversary at your condo.

Hot Springs first-timers

This was our first trip to Hot Springs (and even Arkansas for that matter)! While we weren't sure what to expect, we really appreciated the area! If you enjoy lots of outdoor activities, Hot Springs is the place to visit!While we didn't spend a ton of time at the resort, it's amenities were adequate and equal to other resorts in the area. There were two small outdoor pools, a nice sized indoor hot tub, and maybe even a sauna (although we didn't visit it). Our kids loved the game room, which included free ping pong and pool table. Lastly, we do quite a bit of cooking on vacation, and the kitchen had adequate cookware for us to use.There was nothing special about the resort, but there was also nothing wrong with it. It provided a good place to sleep after playing all day!

This was a wonderful place to stay, we will certainly be back! Excellent location, with beautiful Lake Hamilton views. A $7 uber to Fishermans Warf and $12 to the downtown area. Perfectly located, with fun things to do right outside your door.

Wonderful location

This property was amazing . Easy to find, and definitely in a prime location that’s right by everything hot springs has to offer. The farthest drive was only about 20 minutes to the theme/water park. Management was amazing in helping us , since the first night we arrived the power was out. Still was definitely worth the stay, as the power was back in by the next morning. Overall, it was a great stay and definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is older but very clean it is in a great location. The room is updated, only issue is the light switches you have to press them a certain way to turn on. The trash can in the kitchen was in a weird spot, it was a little hard to pull out. These are minor things and will not prevent us from returning. We felt safe we liked the outside lighting at night.

Great Location and Very Comfortable Bed

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, we loved the location and the bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful and the inside is updated and as shown in listing. We had expected the condo’s balcony to be the photo from listing showing the porch swings but quickly discovered the photo is of a stand alone pavilion elsewhere on property. The balcony at the actual condo isn’t shown in listings photos (that we noticed). This wasn’t a problem and we still had a nice stay, just didn’t want others to be confused.

Beautiful property with great view

My husband and I stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary. It was just what we were looking for. Close to all things fun and exciting but secluded enough to be peaceful. Loved our stay, and will return!

Great accommodations, spectacular view of the lake

Spacy, remodeled apartment, great location, very quiet, spectacular view of lake Hamilton. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Mrs. Villano was ready to respond to all our questions. She is indeed a trustworthy and great host. We’ll definitely come back to this property.

The unit was great no major problems. The only minor issue was the light over the oven was out. A few clothes hangers would have been helpful. Otherwise this was a great stay.
