Everything was wonderful. The staff went above & beyond to welcome us. Information provided to help us arrive seamlessly with taxi & boat transportation was so helpful. We enjoyed our host who has created a wonderful villa setting. The views & pool were excellent.

Eden Villa is well named

This was a great place for three of us to spend three weeks. It’s a well designed villa in a great location with a fabulous view. Having the use of a jeep during our stay was such a bonus and our host couldn’t have been more helpful.

We loved it here! The poolside was awesome with its screened in porch. The whole unit was well appointed and Garret and all of the staff were super helpful. We did not want to leave!

Life in Paradise

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our stay at Eden Villa. From the private pool, jeep and outstanding house staff, this property did not disappoint. Nevis Nice 🙂. Small Island....BIG heart.

Beautiful!

Everything about our stay was perfect from the communication regarding the reservation to the actual accommodations. Garret was a great host, even arranging for all transportation to and from St Kitts. Having access to the jeep allowed us to explore freely and the pool was even better than in the photos. This was my best VRBO experience yet.

A true gem that’s affordable for all

Eden Villa is located close to beaches,restaurants but is fully equipped to cook and bbq if you choose. Garett lives on property and is attentive to anything you need. The use of the jeep is such a bonus. If you want to vacation in paradise and stay in paradise choose Eden Villa.

The perfect getaway

I can’t say enough positive things about this stay! Garett coordinated travel to/from st. Kitts and made our arrival stress free. The pictures don’t do this home justice. Fantastic views from the pool deck and the screened in porch was the perfect place for morning coffee. Having a car available made travel around the island easy, but you are also within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. We’ve just left and are already dreaming about coming back to this amazing property.

Nevis Getaway

Stayed at this property for 9 days as part of an overall 15 day trip. Probably the best part of our stay was getting to know the owner and his crew! We felt well cared for and had all our questions answered. Having a vehicle is needed and a plus with this property, we had no issues with the jeep. The view was wonderful every morning and evening, had our own pool, a few visiting monkeys added some charm to the location. The beach is literally at the bottom of the hill. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Eden Villa

We stayed 10 nights at Eden Villa. It was spacious and well stocked. The views are spectacular. The grounds are well maintained and lush Garrett was a welcoming host, always available to answer questions. His staff was helpful as well. We enjoyed the welcoming meal that was prepared for us by Eulin. She also prepared another meal for us when we had a friend over. The private pool was very inviting and we used it everyday. The use of a vehicle was an added plus. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Highly Recommend

We loved staying at Eden's Garden! The view was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. They include a vehicle for personal use. The location is great (up a steep hill which made for great memories!). We appreciated being able to get out and explore the island. The owner was very kind, and responsive to all our needs. They have a binder in the rooms with a lot of local information on beaches and restaurants. You can't beat the price, as well. If you're looking for a place to stay on Nevis, we highly recommend Eden's Garden. If we ever go back to visit Nevis, this is definitely where we would stay!

Beautiful Basics

The double poolside villas were exactly as described. We used one side for sleeping, in the very comfortable queen size bed. The other side was perfect for cooking and watching TV. The double full bathrooms and kitchenettes were very convenient. The TV was easy to move from room to room and was perfect for watching out on the screened in porch in the evenings.Although the rooms were furnished modestly, they were clean and met all of our needs. The real story was the view, spectacular. The nearby mountain top was always embedded in clouds. Across the hill were a few scattered homes amidst the dense foliage leading down to the Caribean Sea with St Kitt's in the background. Then there was the "night life", stars and abundant insect songs from dusk to dawn. The pool was completely private and ample size for swimming laps or just lounging around.A troop of monkeys passed by one morning to visit, friendly but non-intrusive. Then there was the staff. Everyone from the owner Garret to the manager Eulin and maintence man Kenny could not have been more helpful.Communication, organization and follow up were first rate.Eulin even prepared us a dinner for the first night and left additional breakfast foods for the following morning. The island is small and easy to completely circle by car on a day trip. Lots of semi hidden beaches, but I would definitely recommend a trip to Montpelier Plantation and the Hermitage-quaint and gorgeous. Enjoy,you won't be disappointed.

New Year in Paradise

We rented our poolside veranda suite in Eden Villa for 10 days over New Year. We had a truly wonderful stay. Garett and his team had thought of everything to make our stay as perfect as it could be. From the detailed pre-arrival info; hospitable welcome with a delicious homemade dinner prepared by Eulin for our first evening; with a real highlight being the sole use of a Suzuki jeep for our entire stay. The veranda suite used to be 2 separate studios but is now rented as one meaning it is incredibly spacious, with a large veranda with sweeping views of the Nevis coastline to the south and the incredible Nevis Peak. We spent a lot of time sat there just enjoying the sunset. The pool and terrace were perfect additions. Garett provided an abundance of information on the island and local restaurants. Particular highlights of ours from our trip were Passion bar and grill, Drift restaurant and Indian Summer. As regular hillwalkers we managed a trek up Nevis Peak which was challenging but rewarding. Not for a first time trekker! Garett is a fabulous host- great communication and always on hand if required for any questions or advice. We felt very much at home and will be delighted to stay again in the future. This place really is paradise!

Beautiful view! Great host. Private pool. Vehicle included. A real gem!

Garett was a gracious and attentive host. He arranged our land and water taxis to get to Eden Villas from St Kitts, and if you ever have a question or concern, he's good about returning messages in a timely manner. Eulin stocked our refrigerator with delicious prepared dishes that lasted us several meals, so we did not go hungry and we did not have to rush to the grocery! Considering the price of food on the island, what a savings! Having a private pool was a refreshing treat to come back to after a hot day exploring the island, filtered H2O and a vehicle provided for the week was more than we could have dreamed of finding on VRBO! The photos of the property are accurate. The accommodations aren't fancy, but are very clean. You are renting two separate units with two ext. doors. One is used mainly for a bedroom, the other for kitchen. Each has its own bathroom. A slightly awkward arrangement, but for the price, and considerable perks, well worth the minor inconvenience. We quickly got accustomed to it. The reasons I didn't give 5⭐. Very low water pressure in the shower. One air conditioner did not work at all and the other was struggling. Luckily we were able to cool the bedroom enough for comfort. The surrounding gardens of the property are beautiful and the view is amazing! There's a great view of the sea, Nevis mountains, St Kitts, and lots of trees below, where you can birdwatch and occasionally spot some monkeys playing. We would definitely return!

Everything about Eden Villa was perfect for us. Our hosts Garett and Eulin could not have been better. Kenneth was always around keeping the grounds neat and tidy and singing while he dud it. Having the car was a game changer and on the whole it just felt like home from home. We were so sad to leave and have already booked for next year. The only suggestion i would make would be to put a room safe in to keep your valuables in.

An incredible week in Nevis at Eden VIlla!

Garret's property is incredible! We have been to Nevis before but this was the first time we stayed at Eden Villa. When we next return, we will be looking to stay here again - without any hesitation! The property is stunning, the poolside suite was very comfortable for my husband and I, and the hosting overall is the best! Garret made everything easy for us and Eulin provided wonderful "eats" for our first few meals. Even with our flight being 3+ hours late, Garret was there to welcome us and get us settled. Having the jeep as part of the package is an amazing bonus and allowed us to explore the island with ease. Thank you for everything - we look forward to seeing you again!!

One of the Best treats of your lifetime!

Nevis is the Queen of the Caribbean and Eden Villa is a gift to be cherished. Garett our host, IS the Host with the most! "Cool G" as he is affectionately known by the locals, is efficient, kind and extremely considerate. From the moment you reach Eden Villa, you step onto an oasis of green foliage, rare plants in full bloom and water streaming over volcanic rocks soothing to your soul. In our room we had a lovely meal of fresh fish and local provisions after the long trek from abroad. The amenities provided were stellar and the service impeccable. Ah, the joy of having your own personal pool outside of your sleeping quarters while overlooking some of the best views on the island was a gem. Late night dips with endless stars above created an ambiance out of this world. Nevis is a quiet gem, a true Caribbean paradise and once on island, everybody knows your name. If you are looking for pure relaxation, individualized personal care and a safe and secure setting, Eden Villa is the place for you. My family and friends will return over and over and over again. Garett is now part of our family and we could not be more grateful.

Absolutely perfect!

Not only was Eden Villa beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the Caribbean and St Kitts from the sparkling private pool, but Garett and his staff were exceptionally helpful and made every detail of our vacation easy and seamless. Garett made sure we had everything we needed to get into the country during Covid restrictions, and he sent all the information about the island and restaurants and things to do that we could ever need. He set up transportation from the St Kitts airport, which couldn’t possibly have run smoother. Elmoth picked us up and took us to the boat, where Clivin was waiting to take us to Nevis, where Nal was waiting to take us to Eden Villa. Eulin was there with fabulous meals waiting for us. And then Nigel picked us up to take us to get a local driver’s license, which couldn’t have been easier. Having a jeep to drive around the island was essential and such a perfect addition to the Villa. The entire experience was nothing less than perfect. We will be back! Thank you Garett and everyone at Eden Villa!

Paradise Found on Nevis! Stunning Sunsets, Beautiful Gardens, Green Monkeys & Glistening Pool…

Amazing sunsets, fantastic views and beautiful gardens & ponds encompass this unique Caribbean property, accurately named Eden Villa. The accommodations were clean, inviting, comfortable and even nicer than the photos. Free Wi-Fi was included and worked well. Our hosts Garett & Eulin were friendly, helpful, available and informative. Eulin prepared a wonderful local meal for us to enjoy on our day of arrival. She also made us homemade local drinks & desserts which were delicious! We stayed at the property from mid-February through mid-March and every week was even better than the last. We enjoyed sunbathing daily on the expansive pool deck while reading books and sipping tropical cocktails. The large private pool was crystal clear and refreshing for swimming and relaxing on floats. The two separate full bathrooms with walk-in showers were ideal, especially for couples who don’t like to share! There were even two fully stocked kitchens. We enjoyed breakfast & coffee at the property every morning, then ventured out to different restaurants and beach bars to sample local cuisine for lunch or dinner each day. After enjoying over two dozen unique dining establishments, some of our favorites included: Golden Rock, Passion, The Gin Trap, Drift, The Hermitage, Barefoot Beach Bar, Montpelier, Chrishi Beach and of course Sunshine’s. We loved having a vehicle included with our entire stay. Sightseeing around the island and exploring different beaches, rainforests, sugar mills, and monkey watching was a daily ritual. Green monkeys were everywhere… We took many photos and videos of the monkeys in their natural habitat. You’ll see them in the rainforests, near restaurants, crossing the streets, at certain beaches including Oualie, and even around Eden Villa. Watching 30-40 monkeys go about their daily routine near the Villa was such a treat! Enjoying stunning sunsets each evening from the pool deck was a delight. The screened in porch was huge with three separate sitting areas and a gas BBQ grill. The local hot springs are a must for relaxation. Don’t forget to bring a towel! Islander Watersports was great for scuba diving and snorkeling around St. Kitts & Nevis. After staying on over 20 Caribbean islands, Nevis is now one of our favorites. Garett- thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

MoMosy beautiful place we’ve ever stayed.. paradise!

My host was so kind and generous he went out of his way to make sure that I really enjoyed my stay. The view is spectacular, every sight line is something special… the little nature pools and brook in front of the villa where I stayed make magical sounds and being able to watch the sunset every evening was phenomenal! My wife and I are really looking forward to coming back.
