Our beautiful condo 1527 is a completely updated 1-bedroom plus bunk room, 2-bath condo at Shores of Panama. This stunning condo comfortably sleeps six! The kitchen features new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The king master bedroom overlooks the Gulf and offers a breathtaking view towards St. Andrews State Park, perfect for watching amazing sunrises. There is a spacious balcony that overlooks our beautiful lagoon pool and provides some of the most incredible sunset views in the fall.

The bunk room includes a bunk bed that sleeps two and has its own full bath. Our brand-new queen sleeper sofa pulls out to accommodate two additional guests. Book today and come experience the beautiful Gulf sunsets with us!

Shores of Panama is a true Gulf-front vacation resort in Panama City Beach! Relax with a cool refreshment from our nearby Tiki Bar and let the sounds of the waves, fountains, and waterfalls envelop your senses. Enjoy a stroll along the pure sugar-sand beach, swim in the clean emerald waters of the Gulf, or take a dip in the large lagoon-style pool.

Many complimentary services are offered at Shores of Panama, including access to our fitness center, summer activities, and a winter activity program. We also have a beautiful indoor heated pool and a Jacuzzi for those rainy days or when you need a break from the sun!

Condo 1527 is located on the 15th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. There is a $85 registration fee on-site.

First time to the Emerald Coast

The Shores of Panama is a great location to stay. Great restaurants within walking distance. This unit is beautiful and has everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed. The bunk room is great for kids. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. It gets the afternoon sun on the balcony. The view of the gulf and the pool is lovely. We are hooked on this location!

Great location, property and beautiful unit. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. Other than that, it was excellent.

2023 Spring Break

Condo was great, everything we needed was at the Condo. Parking garage was tight, getting out of the parking garage somewhat of a hassle depending on the hour. Views were awesome.

Shores of Panama Review

The Condo was beautiful and spacious and provided everything we needed for the week. The only issues we had were with the parking garage being very chaotic and confusing. Also, the elevators having extremely long waits.

Above and beyond in ALL areas

The condo itself was aboslutely georgous and surpirsingly spacious! It is now my favorite of all and will be booking this condo from here on out for any trips I take to Panama. Farah with Emerald Coast Rentals, was exceptional with amazing and beyond helpful customer service and communication! Chosing this condo was by far the best choice I have ever made on VRBO. I will definately be reserviing the same way next time!

Disappointed.......

The resort was not clean (garbage left on ground and in the staircases throughout the resort). There weren't enough elevators to support the amount of guests so they were very crowded and there were only 4 that we could use. The parking garage was very tight to maneuver because of this it took greater than :15 minutes to leave during the busy times. And the individuals at "guest services/reception" were snotty.

Room 1527

The room overall was nicely decorated and well kept. The people who cleans the property seemed to do their job a bit careless in my opinion. To me the only down falls would be the elevators for sure and the rules at the pool, other than that everything else was nice.

great condo for a small family

This was perfect for our small family of 3. Condo was just as advertised. The only downside of this building is the elevators as others have mentioned. At times you had to wait a while to catch an elevator and everyone piles in because they are so slow. Not ideal in COVID times.

Family time in Panama City Beach

The property was exactly as pictured. ( beautiful) great view of the pool. Great communication with the owner. You can walk next door to the Pineapple Willie’s or over to dinner with crab legs at the Wharf! We also walked over and rented a golf cart to go to many other activities. Bring an excellent driver for the garage and patience for the elevators. Enjoy your stay ❤️
