The Red Roof Cottage in Cherry Log Mountain

We supply firewood and fire starters for the wood-burning fireplace. There are TVs in the living room as well as both bedrooms. A stackable washer/dryer is also available for use. We live out of town but will be available for contact during your stay. We can provide recommendations on the best local restaurants, where to go enjoy the outdoors and other area points of interest. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and guests must check-out before 10 am.

The cabin was everything I expected, and more. It was comfortable, immaculate, easy to get to, and the owners were just wonderful. Great communication and I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

The minute we walked in the door we felt like we were at home. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch and drinking our coffee. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Nice and relaxing

Loved this cabin, will definitely be back. The road is a little intimidating at first but once you drive it and know what to expect it’s fine. Love that both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Refrigerator has an ice maker so you don’t need to bring ice like some other cabins we’ve been too. 5stars for sure

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is beautiful!!! Floors, walls and the ceiling are all wood and it's beautiful. It is literally up the side of a mountain but again it is SOO worth it. Very peaceful and calming. Definitely will be back and share this beautiful place with others so they can experience it.

Loved Red Roof Cottage

The directions,area,cabin was amazing. The kids enjoyed the hammock,making smores in the backyard fireplace, and can't forget inside house board games and cozy homey feel. Jie and Meredith rocked with communication. We will be back!

Being from Florida we try to take an annual N Georgia fall getaway with our best friends. This cabin was awesome, perfect for 2 couples. Ditto on all the previous 5 star reviews. The cabin was clean, cozy, well stocked and decorated and secluded. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the view or sitting in front of the fire. Timing was perfect because the autumn leaves were at their peak. We walked the neighborhood taking in the spectacular colors. What a perfect, relaxing fun four days. We’re already planning for next year!

Red Roof Cottage

We liked the authentic cabin feel and decor. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the porch taking in the natural surroundings. Great communication with the owner and easy no contact check in/check out.

Clean and Cozy

Cabin was clean and well appointed. It is located in a central hub of several must visit small towns such as Blue Ridge, Helen, and Clayton just to name a few. The back porch was a favorite for us as we set and watched the wildlife.

Perfect cabin for Blue Ridge GA trip

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Red Roof Cottage recently. It was the perfect cabin for a visit to Blue Ridge. It is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful area. Extremely clean with easy access to downtown. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!!

Our community, Cherry Log Mountain, is a well maintained, all-log-home Sisson development directly off of 515 between the exits for downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Lakes and creeks are present throughout the community, with nearby Cherry Lake being accessible to guests. The community and location can't be beat!

While many cabins in Blue Ridge and the surrounding area require long travel on gravel or dirt roads, the road to the Red Roof Cottage is primarily paved, with only a short 0.3 mi drive down a gravel road.

Check-in is quick and easy with wifi-enabled push-button check in.
