Mountain Air Lodge redefines the mountain cabin getaway. From the moment you enter this stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bath, and two 1/2 bath cabin, you’ll be captivated by the high-end decor, comfortable furniture, and, of course, the incredible views. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a luxurious and memorable stay.

• Bedrooms: This cabin features two queen bedroom suites and one king bedroom suite, each with its own en-suite bathroom. An additional bedroom with two twin bunk beds sleeps four, accommodating a total of 10 guests.
• Living Room: Relax in the living room with luxurious leather furnishings, a beautiful electric fireplace with 13-light settings, and a large flat-screen TV.
• Kitchen and Dining: The chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line black stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a coffee bar with a Keurig. Enjoy meals at the large dining table that seats 10, or at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

• Game Room: Enjoy a Big Buck Hunter arcade game, a pool table, air hockey table, and table tennis. Stream your favorite shows on the 50” TV with apps like Disney+ and Netflix.

• Hot Tub: Relax in the 7-seater hot tub on the full patio, overlooking the majestic mountains.

• Double Decks: Featuring Trex-style composite decking, a pub table and chairs, glider rockers, and a glider bench, these decks offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains.

• Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Travel Insurance: We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.

Construction Notice: There may be construction within the community and surrounding areas, which could cause some noise during typical business hours. Please avoid any construction areas for your safety.

Security Cameras: Security cameras are located on the exterior of the cabin, recording audio and video for safety. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in any private spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a crockpot, and pots and pans. Courtesy items include trash bags, dishwasher packs, dish soap, and paper towels. Due to health department rules, we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments.

Is there a grill?
Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided.

Are there appliances and a coffee maker?
Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. There is also a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (cone-style filters).

Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and washcloths are provided in each bathroom.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the cabin at any time.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?
One courtesy roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bars of hand soap are provided. Other toiletries are not included.

Are there TVs and cable?
Yes, each bedroom, as well as the living room and recreation room, features large HD smart TVs with YouTubeTV for live cable channels. You can also log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube accounts.

Does the cabin have any games or activities?
Yes, the cabin boasts a pool table, air hockey table, Big Buck Hunter arcade game, and a movie theater room with 10 theater-style seats and a 75” TV. A 7-person Jacuzzi on the bottom patio overlooks the mountains.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?
The roads are wide and paved, making it easy to get to the cabin.

Are there bears?
Yes, bears are common in the area. While they generally do not interact with humans, please use extreme caution if you see a bear and do NOT feed them.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?
Yes, the cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and is less than a 10-minute drive from the action. It’s minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park and the new observation bridge, the largest in North America. The Ober ski resort is also nearby.

Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. Smoking can be done outside in the parking area only.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home via an electronic lock on the front door. The code will be sent to you the week before your stay.

Phoenix Landing is a new luxury community with a small number of cabins tucked away in the Smokies but less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Ski Resort, the national park, and all other area attractions. The community offers quiet, breathtaking panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains. You will need a car to make the short drive to all of the area’s attractions.

Final Note:

Guests must provide a photo ID and sign the rental agreement to complete the reservation, complying with local requirements. Please be aware of the potential for dangerous wildlife in the Great Smoky Mountains and do NOT feed or interact with any bears. Security cameras are on the exterior of the home only, recording audio and video. Construction in the community and surrounding areas may cause some noise during normal business hours.
