A main-floor bedroom suite with attached full bathroom offers easy access for all.
Please note: The bunk bed area with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) is located in the upstairs hallway and is not a private bedroom. See photos for details.

Courtesy starter items include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher packs, dish soap, and a roll of paper towels. Per health department rules, spices, cooking oil, and condiments are not provided.

The 10-person Jacuzzi on the lower patio overlooks the mountains. Watch the evening sunset cast shadows across the peaks as the illuminated Ober gondola glides by. A charcoal grill sits just outside the front porch (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid).

Downtown Gatlinburg is less than 10 minutes away. The Smoky Mountain National Park, North America's largest observation bridge, and Ober ski resort are all just minutes from your door. Wide, paved roads make access easy. Parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles per HOA rules.

Sheets dress every bed. Two sets of towels and washcloths are provided in each bathroom, along with one courtesy roll of toilet paper and bars of hand soap.

No pets allowed. No smoking inside the cabin or on decks.
Bears roam the area frequently. Use extreme caution if you see one and never feed wildlife.
Exterior security cameras record audio and video for your safety. Construction in the community may cause noise during business hours; please stay clear of construction zones.
Travel insurance is available at booking to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations are subject to the rental agreement policy.

A maximum of 12 overnight guests, regardless of age, are allowed in this cabin due to city permits. No animals or pets of any kind are allowed in this cabin. The primary renter must be 21 or older to book. A copy of a valid photo ID must be sent to the host after the reservation is made to complete your booking. A rental agreement must be signed with the host by the primary renter on behalf of the entire party to complete your booking.

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide a few courtesy items to get you started for your stay but do not stock supplies meant to last an entire stay. There are 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, a small dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil or other condiments.
Is there a bedroom on the main floor?
Yes, there is a bedroom with attached full bathroom on the main floor.
Is there a grill?
Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside of the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided.
Are there appliances and a coffee maker?
Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (with cone style filters).
Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and wash cloths are provided in each bathroom.
Are pets allowed?
No pets of any kind are allowed in the cabin at anytime.
Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?
1 courtesy roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided.
Are there TVs and cable?
Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features a large HD smart TV. Each TV will come equipped with YoutubeTV for access to live cable channels. Additionally each TV has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and many more of your favorite streaming apps that you are able to login to with your own credentials at your convince.
Does the cabin have any games or activities?
The cabin features a pool table and air hockey table. There is also a Bowl Master video bowling arcade game. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. Additionally, there is a movie theater room with 12 theater style seats and 85" TV. There is also a 10 person jacuzzi on the bottom patio overlooking the mountains.
What are the roads like to get to the cabin?
It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide and paved.
Is there parking?
There is parking, only 4 cars may be parked at this cabin per HOA rules.
Are there bears?
Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them.
Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?
Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and you will be less than a 10 minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as the new observation bridge, the largest in North America! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to the Ober ski resort.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.
We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as a hedge against unseen circumstances that may affect travel plans, including COVID-19. VRBO provides the opportunity to purchase insurance upon booking. Currently there is no restriction on travel to our area, the area is open 100% for businesses and our property will be ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.
Rental Agreement and Policies: Guest is responsible for reading and reviewing the Rental Agreement. Booking this property will be considered acknowledgement and acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined in the Rental Agreement.
