The Space:
- The inside of the house is on the smaller side, but cozy and comfortable
- The unfinished garage has a pool table, washer/dryer, and bicycles
- Orange Tree and Macadamia Nut Tree in the back yard
- Extremely Safe Neighborhood - Rated "Very Walkable" on Walkscore
- Parking for 3 vehicles + in driveway
- We clean with bleach to make sure every inch of the space is sanitized

The Neighborhood:
The friendly, safe, and quiet neighborhood of Fullerton offers many boutique restaurants that offer delivery and take out. The neighbors are all families, mostly with children, and we just ask that you observe quiet hours; no parties are allowed. If you crave nature, Laguna Lake is a scenic escape where locals go biking and the Arboretum houses some beautiful waterfalls.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with ridesharing apps like Uber. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, or you could go for a ride on one of the bicycles in the garage.

Loved the property and we had a great experience

Had everything we need. Besides some dust behind the TV and around the toilet area it was clean and the neighbourhood was very nice. Lots of familys walking dogs or with children. Over all I loved the property and would rent in the future

Quiet refuge

Quiet location, convenient to places we needed to go in Anaheim and Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. There were a few things that could use improvement but overall it was a nice place to stay. There is a Stater Brothers in easy walking distance. Be aware there is no street parking allowed in Fullerton at night. That was not a problem for us. It looks like the single-wide driveway could take up to 3 cars, but we had just the one.

The place was very dirty as if there was no cleaning was done. There were dog food and dog hair everywhere even though the sign says "no dog allowed". The floor was thick with dirt, we had to buy a mop to mop the floor. Also, all of the furnitures in the house were very dusty, they looked white with dust. The dishes weren't also washed. We had to rewash them to use them. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

Host cancelled my reservation the day of checkin

He claimed the property was double booked due to the software. I booked and paid in full in September for a stay over Christmas. Was on my way to the property when I got a message that my reservation was cancelled. No apology. Please be aware that this can happen to you.

Nice property. Clean. Basic amenities.

The house was well maintained and clean. The amenities were basic. My one criticism would be the beds were not so comfortable. The owner communication was very good. The neighborhood was generally OK. The next door neighbors had a big screaming fight one early evening. Aside from that it was fine.

Quaint house great for family of 4

We had a great time. The house was conveniently located near a gas station and grocery store. We loved the pool table and the games they had. The water pressure and pillows were the best I’ve had on vacation! It is an older home but has all needed amenities.

Convenient and like home

This was a comfy house that was just like the house we grew up in so we felt very at home. it was clean and the backyard was great for our bbq. it took under 10 minutes to drive to Disneyland. the beds were comfy too!

Not terrible, but not great.

The hosts were so easy to get ahold of, they responded quickly to all messages! There were some minor issues with the property however. The neighborhood didn’t feel especially safe, the place wasn’t very clean, and the house itself is old, and while some of its been renovated, things like kitchen cabinets, the bathroom, and other things are pretty rundown. My biggest issue was with the microwave, we had bottles to be heating up, and it would be on and running whenever the door was opened, so when taking food or bottles in and out. The washer and dryer are in the outdoor garage, and they work fine, but the garage is dirty and messy everywhere, it wasn’t ideal. The mattress in one of the rooms was so squeaky, which was problematic sharing a room with a baby. The place overall felt a bit unsafe, rundown, and not very clean or well kept. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Disneyland retreat

My sister and I stayed here for our sisters weekend to Disneyland. It is the perfect place to stay since it was about a 15 minute drive to the parks.

Week in Fullerton

My family and I (husband and two sons - ages 8 and 12) stayed here for a week. It was just what we needed for space, and conveniently located. We could walk to the grocery store, which was great to get things for breakfast and snacks. There was a nice backyard. We didn't grill, but it was available. We did play cornhole with the set that was available. Plenty of parking, and in a nice quite neighborhood. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location / big back yard

The host had the house super clean , great location plenty of parking , everything that you would need , ac works like a charm , amazing big back yard for summertime bbqs ! Loved our stay !

Moving

We stayed in this property for just over two months while we were relocating. The property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is friendly and was very convenient. We have two dogs and the back yard worked well. This pet friendly property is an excellent value for the area. The owners made everything easy and we actually extended our stay for another couple of weeks. We would stay here again.

Our little house is a comfy getaway for perfect for people coming through Fullerton for a short term stay. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a full meal. The garage and back yard are great spaces for spending quality time together with people. Our residential neighborhood is full of diverse families, and it's safe by SoCal standards.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We're in walking distance of a nice grocery store, and just out of the way of downtown's riffraff. The neighborhood is generally very quiet and families are respectful. The next door neighbor even helps look after the property, so if you need help, she's usually only a couple minutes away.
