Ubicación, a Ocean Pool y a la playa

Esta unidad de tres recámaras y 3 baños con vista al mar está perfectamente ubicada cerca de la histórica Casa Club Puamana y la piscina del océano. Ambos lanai ofrecen vistas directas del Océano Pacífico y la isla de Lanai. Ven y experimenta Hawaii como un local. Tres habitaciones espaciosas te esperan. Esta unidad cuenta con A / C en todo, internet gratis y TV en la habitación familiar, así como las tres habitaciones. Ven aquí para relajarte, reconectarte con familiares y amigos y disfrutar de la brisa del océano. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo y ventanas de persianas que permiten un flujo de aire máximo.



Una gran sala familiar con asientos generosos y una mesa de comedor para hasta 8 personas se encuentra en la planta baja, pero pasará la mayor parte del tiempo en la cómoda terraza mirando al exuberante paisaje hacia el océano. La cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo y lavadora / secadora también se encuentran en el piso principal. Las tres habitaciones están arriba. Nuestro dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, baño privado y lo mejor de todo, excelentes vistas al océano, especialmente desde la maravillosa terraza. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio número tres tiene dos gemelos. Hay un baño completo con ducha / bañera en la parte superior de las escaleras.



Una remodelación completa de esta unidad se completó en noviembre de 2016 con atención al detalle que complacerá a cualquier visitante. ¡¡Ven y velo por ti mismo!!

A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the sights sounds of an ocean paradise, at a reasonable price! The oceanfront pool is right outside the door and an incredible place to unwind to the sound of waves, the lanai was perfect for BBQ dinners every night, and you will not run out of towels! Comfortable beds and the lull of the ocean from any bedroom, quiet location, AC available (we did not use - the ceiling fans and open windows sufficed), and full kitchen…this place is a gem! The humpback whales were extremely active and we enjoyed a show anytime we looked at the ocean. Saw many turtles feeding near the area. Was lucky enough to see a monk seal resting on Baby Beach just down the road! Ther is beach access within the community that provides a relaxing walk to start/end your day. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lahaina! This location was perfect for our family of seven. We took daily walks around the area and along the beach, and our favorite place to relax by the ocean ended up being right here. We found a nearby shave ice shack that became a daily visit for us!The layout of the home was ideal; it was very clean, and there were plenty of towels and living essentials provided. We truly felt right at home.One of the highlights was whale watching from the pool — such an unforgettable experience! We also appreciated the quiet, slower pace of the area, which made our stay even more relaxing. We would love to return and see the continued changes and rebuild happening in the area.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and ready to enjoy. The property itself was lovely and nicely maintained. We walked the property daily, visited both beach access points and the dolphin pool with my neice. The views were gorgeous and it was relaxing overall. We definitely can see staying there again when we return to Maui with the family.

It was a nice place except in the picture it showed the pool over looking the ocean right by our place. It stated only 1 pool was open and since it showed this one pool we assumed this was the pool thatvwas open, but itvwas not. This pool was closed and the pool that was open was a long walk away from where we was staying. Nothing for the kids to do when we wanted to have a lazy day and just stay at our rental to relax and swim. The walk was to far for all the kids.

The condo was clean and the starter kit (shampoo, soap, etc) was well stocked. Plenty of towels for 6 people over 2 weeks...which was great!! Balcony has breath taking views of the sunset each night! Host was responsive throughout the visit. The locals living in other condos were welcoming and a great source of information about "must see places" and activities. I'm not sure there is a better site in Lahaina to watch a sunset.I would recommend a bit more transparency with respect to the total property condition and availability of amenities. The property was impacted by the fires in 2023 and many buildings were lost. As a result, some of the associated amenities were not available during our visit (2 of 3 pools were closed or not in operation during our time there)...which would have been nice to know up front.Overall, would definitely choose this spot again

The home was beautiful! We were 7 adults and we had plenty of room! The location was amazing! We could body surf and beach every day! We met wonderful people and fell in love with the the town of Lahaina. The Sunsets were worth walking out to the patio to watch each day. Oh, and Mr. Quakers kept us entertained! We would love to get back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay here. Great layout, very clean, quiet and secluded. Though Lahaina suffered a devastating fire, you would never know it from here. We saw turtles from the beach, and had a visit from the residential duck. I would highly recommend staying here. It was very difficult to leave!

A perfect beach house with great location!

The house was clean and cute, easy to access, and very close to Lahaina for restaurants and activities. It’s about 35 minutes from the airport, dependent on traffic. Our group of 5 stayed very, very comfortably. This house is the exact reason to rent a VRBO rather than a hotel- so many extra goodies! The outdoor closet was FULL of beach accessories (we didn’t discover it right away so added some floating toys and beach chairs), but lots of toys for the Littles, beach accessories, cooler bags, etc! Beds comfy and clean, 3 showers in the house (including a wildly convenient one just inside the front door)! The upstairs lanai has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset... honestly, zero complaints from us. Thank you for an amazing week, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip with our family!

We came to Maui for our son’s senior trip. This place was perfect! The condo was big enough for us, our 2 teens, & the in-laws. We cooked meals, played cards, played pickle ball, and walked just a few minutes to the beach. Thankfully, this place was stocked with all the necessities, especially beach towels & chairs. We loved this condo and made great memories there!

Perfect Vacay Rental

Location is amazing! Walked to the ocean each morning for a swim. Evening view from balcony is breathtaking. Had coffee and breakfast on the patio and listened to the waves and birds. Communication with property manager was efficient and questions were answered promptly. Check in and check out process was easy. Highly recommend this property.

Great location!

This was an amazing location, so close to Lahaina & easy to get throughout the island. The condo supplies in the kitchen were great. We found this to be a great stay. If I were to be very nitpicking, the bathroom fan was very dusty & got me thinking maybe what else was dirty, however I saw nothing else. The pools need a bit of love that are in the complex, but the oceanside one was so amazing that the love that is needed to it does not even matter. I would say this is one of the best pools I have ever been & been in a lot of epic pools. Overall the actual condo was great for our family & we would for sure stay there again!

Perfect for Families

Puamana is a beautiful condo situated on an amazing property. We enjoyed the beach, pickleball, pools, meals on the lanai, and picking mangos. Our family of 5 with 2 young daughters had plenty of room to roam the gardens, beach front, and historic club house. We also appreciated how secluded the location was while close by to fun restaurants in Lahaina. The property management was kind, responsive, and helpful. We hope to visit this gem again.

MAUI

This was a perfect location for family trip. Grandparents loved to hear and see the ocean from multiple locations in house. Teens loved the actives so close by in town. 4 year old loved beach, pools and lots of kids to play with, In March the whales were very active and you could watch from the beach. There were portable air conditioning units in bedrooms which were somewhat of a nuisance but necessary since it was so warm and humid.. overall great experience

Reviewer Comments: We have gone to Maui 13 of the last 15 years....always staying in Puamana. It is a great location with good amenities...and you cannot beat the view! APVR does a great job of making sure each unit is prepared for your stay. And if any problem arises, they are prompt to respond. we are alrready booked for 2024!

Maui no ka oi.

This was our 6th trip to Maui and we love this island. This time we travelled with 2 other couples and the rental home fit all of our meeds. It was clean and comfortable We did have issues with the ac and the wifi but all of our issues were promptly addressed by the owner and maintenance staff. We were very pleased overall. Puamana is a pleasant and friendly community.

Puamana delight

The Puamana resort in toto is a scenic, quiet, well located haven that is less than a mile from downtown Lahaina. And the well-appointed, well-equipped and spacious condo is ideally located with a beautiful lanai view of the ocean from the master bedroom. A simple text to management brought a quick response to two minor problems of light bulb out and ice maker clogging. It would be difficult to find a more pleasing and comfortable three bedroom unit in Maui.
