Located on Okaloosa Island, this spacious two-bedroom rental features amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen, access to the large balcony from both bedrooms and the living room, and a separate tub and shower in both bedrooms. Additional sleeping can be found in the bunk area and the living room on a queen sofa bed. The resort offers three pools, a lazy river, two hot tubs, and a grilling area. Nearby restaurants include AJ's Oyster Shanty, which is directly across the street, Hightide Seafood Restaurant, and The Gulf on Okaloosa Island. Even more dining and entertainment options are less than a mile away at The Boardwalk. Head into Destin to rent wave runners or a pontoon boat from Boogie's Watersports and spend a day at Crab Island.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
