This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the condo, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, newly decorated retreat include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets stainless steel appliances, granite countertops a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, tiled kitchen walls, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The first bathroom includes a shower stall while the main bath has a tub. Both bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a large TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. The first bedroom has a TV and VCR with the main bedroom having a TV with a DVD and VCR player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
