Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below. With four new artificial turf and two new hard courts as well as 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their groove. Onsite restaurant, pizza oven, and coffee shop, concierge and fitness center, there is little need to ever leave!

Located at the private end of the resort, this spacious one bedroom condo has views that display Kauai at its finest! The full kitchen will accommodate meal preparation and the BBQ area is quite close by! The large living area has a trundle bed (two twins) and the sofa also folds out into a queen sleeper. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach cooler. The resort has many amenities to keep you busy some to include, on site bar/lounge, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a fire pit arena, tennis courts and a fitness center. Furthermore the direct beach access is a bonus and is rare for Princeville complexes. Kauai is home to miles of amazing pristine beaches and a whole array of fun activities such as kayaking, golfing, zip lining, surfing, hiking and much more.

Can’t say enough about the view from this condo! It also was larger than it seemed from the pics. Resort grounds were amazing as well. Only reason I’m giving 5 stars vs 6 is because the vacation property management company was not responsive at all when we reported 2 minor issues.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean, spacious, and the beds exceptionally comfortable. All the amenities you could need for a stay, and the view was hands-down the best feature. This is our fourth time on the island and by far one of our favorite stays.Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Enjoyable stay at 7202

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the grounds and unreal views from this condo and everything was as seen on the photos. The deck views were amazing at sunrise and sunset. The microwave stopped working on day 4 for no reason and I wish they had more outlets for tech and phone charging in the bedroom. The beach chairs and other beach items were a plus as we went to the beaches almost everyday. Disappointed in the resort itself with just two restaurants that are owned by outside vendors and no place for breakfast except small coffee shop. The swim up bar is closed so wish we had known that. No plans to reopen for whatever strange reasons which is misleading in their resort info. Overall a beautiful resort and place to stay but could use some upgrades.

Great location

The condo was great and exactly as listed. Only room for improvement would be the trundle bed mattress was definitely worn out for an adult sleeper. Otherwise the views and unit couldn’t be better. Thank you so much!

Unit was great, very roomy for just the two of us. Although at the very end of the property the view was fabulous and really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the balcony.

Beautiful setting next to green belt. Roomy unit. Beautiful view and comfortable lounge chairs on Lanai, but high stools at table are hard to get onto an uncomfortable (all your weight is on your thighs. Pillows too soft for me. Nice kitchen and accessories. Not sure why there was another refrigerator in the living room.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many additional charges including an advertising cut that want party of invoice. Threat of reducing damage deposit: required shower before bed, towel placed on furniture before sitting down, wash feet before entry (though no get wash station at door.) Unit at far end of complex away from parking. Noise of neighbors travels thru ceiling and walls.

Beautiful property

Loved our stay the property is beautiful the condo was lovely. The only complaint is that in the VRBO listing it was NOT clearly mentioned about the resort daily fees and the parking fees. Which ended up being an extra 300 dollars.
