Located directly on the beautiful emerald coast beach of Okaloosa Island between Destin and Fort Walton, unit 6E at Island Echos will be your next perfect vacation home for you and your family. Private gated beach community. Fully updated relaxing environment comfortably sleeping 6-8 persons, with a view of the Gulf that will constantly remind you that you're in paradise. This unit includes a primary bedroom with 2 queen beds featuring its own private beach views and updated bathroom. An additional queen bed is located in a guest bedroom with its own updated bathroom. A queen sofa bed is available in the living room, giving this unit the ability to sleep up to eight guests. Upon entering the home, enjoy the comfort of calming modern décor, an open layout, and lots of seating. The granite breakfast bar comes in handy when you need a quick meal before hitting the beach. In every bedroom, you will enjoy a TV for when you're ready to watch family movies and listen to the waves. Just beyond the living area features a breathtaking balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. At the property, you'll enjoy a large beachside pool to make a splash in. Rent some kayaks if you want to get on the water. Go down to the tennis court to play a game of tennis or pickleball during the day or night. On-site exercise gym. Not far down the road, you'll have access to the beautiful Okaloosa Island Boardwalk with plenty of seafood restaurants, activities, and shops to choose from.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge. Parking is free for up to 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
