This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. This is a perfect spot for a large family, with beautiful views, spacious rooms, and plenty of privacy with three different bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The primary bedroom is on the Gulf side with doors leading to the balcony. Other features of this bright, cheerful vacation rental include a kitchen with appliances and countertops, separate ice maker and bar/sink, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath has a large walk-in shower. TVs are equipped throughout all the bedrooms as well as the living room. The living room has recently been updated with a new sofa, loveseat, dining furniture, and artwork.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
