Extensively renovated and updated, this vacation home has a beautiful interior to match the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical gardens and pools. The primary suite, guest bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating where you can enjoy the Emerald Coast's beautiful sunsets.

A402 is tastefully decorated in peaceful and relaxing coastal colors throughout. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals at the dining table. This beautiful condo offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations and is one of the few units to offer a private door to the kids' bunk room which also offers a TV and DVD player, ensuring a quiet room for kids of all ages. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, large TV, and a DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary suite features a king bed, while the guest suite has a queen bed. Both rooms have a TV and a DVD player, plus an en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a garden tub.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
