The nicely equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve everything from snacks on the go to gourmet meals. The floor to ceiling windows and sliders in the living area and Primary bedroom bring the breathtaking beach views inside for your viewing pleasure. Jade East is conveniently located in the heart of Destin close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Plus the property has a beach front pool and hot tub for your use as well as community grills. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
