Pine View Cabin: Rustic Hayden Lake Cabin with Bunkhouse and Private Dock

Welcome to North Idaho where time slows down and all your worries melt away. Our cabin is meant for relaxation and to get away from the stresses of the world. Enjoy a fire side cocktail on our lower level patio, or watch the sunset while fishing on the dock. We have a covered boat slip so, feel free to bring your own or rent from our local marina. Our cabin is not fussy, we love the rustic, North Idaho wildlife vibes throughout. This is a perfect cozy family getaway.

Cabin is located down a dirt road at the bottom of a small hill off the main road. The bunk house is accessed through a door on the lower patio and does not connect to the upstairs from inside.

Great Getaway

Our stay at the cabin on the lake was amazing. Sunrises, moon light across the lake, feet up, water skiing, swimming and serious family time away from it all. So great!

Relaxing getaway on Hayden Lake!

We loved our stay at Pine View Cabin! The cabin is very clean, organized, and in a beautiful setting on Hayden Lake. It was peaceful to just sit on the sun porch and look at the lake while drinking our morning coffee. Our kids loved the lower bunk house and we had a great time making s’mores on the patio. It was a peaceful respite from one crazy busy year and we loved every bit of our stay at the cabin.

5 STARS all the way!!!!

What a wonderful property, our family and friends had a great time. Sitting in a bay provided calm water for swimming and floating around the dock in the afternoon and the two covered slips for the boats was huge bonus. we would definitely stay there again. The property manager Katie was first class, she made coordinating our trip to Hayden very smooth.

A weekend on the lake

Beautiful property just steps away from the lake. The house is exceptionally clean with the rustic North Idaho feel. The house stays cool during the day so it’s a nice escape from the sun! Highly recommend.

A Perfect Retreat: Immaculate Cabin with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality

Our stay at the Pine View Cabin was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully considered and provided for. It was the perfect place to escape and unwind. The screened-in upper deck was a delight, offering a serene space to relax, while the lower deck with the propane fire pit provided a cozy ambiance for evening gatherings. The views were breathtakingly beautiful, almost distracting in their splendor. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the water, and the bunk room added a special touch to our stay. The entire experience was pure joy, epitomizing the ultimate lake house getaway. Shanon was an amazing host—communicative, accommodating, and a pleasure to interact with. When you visit, make sure to say hello to Steve, Gary, Chip, Dale, Isabella, and Rick!

Lovely place hard to trek down the hill

Fabulous. We are all above 70 and were shocked because there is no warning about the short steep trail to get there. We used a side locked off gate on some one else’s property to get load up n leave. We have 80 yrs old handi capped!!

Love the cabin!

We loved our stay in rural Hayden Lake at the pine view cabin. Shannon was a fantastic host. Very communicative and quick to respond to questions. The cabin itself was peaceful, well stoked, with a large newly renovated dock for lakeside hangs with the fam. The limited cell service was a huge plus to us as we were able to truly unwind during our stay. We will be back!

Location is amazing!

This is a beautiful property on the best part of the lake. Views are amazing! The cabin has everything you need and is super comfortable. Kids love the bunk house and lake mat. The screened in porch is pure peace! The walk from parking to cabin can be challenging for grandparents. Shannon is super responsive and helpful. Fabulous stay….thank you!

Sweet, once you get there!

Shannon was awesome in all regards. The baseboard heaters weren't operational, but we used the wood burning fireplace to heat up the night. Be prepared for a long, curvy road along the lake to get there. New boat dock is legit, fits 2 boats. We were lucky enough to have a late checkout as well on memorial day. Would stay again.

Great lake get away!

This is a great property. It is clean and has all the amenities we needed. Kids LOVED the water mat and kayaks. Very easy to have a rental boat delivered right to the dock from Hayden Lake Marina. Best to arrive in day light hours. Steep hill down to the cabin without stairs so you need to be careful taking your things down. Very windy road to the cabin but well worth the secluded area. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

This place is fantastic and has everything you may need and more. Our family has a great time swimming off the dock, making s’mores in the fire pit, and relaxing on the screened in porch. Wish we could give half stars, we’d rate this a 4.5 only because the beds in the bunkhouse weren’t too comfortable. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Fun at the Lake

The property was just what we were looking for. The dock was wonderful to moor our boat and large enough to hold our paddle board and other toys. We enjoyed using the kayaks and floaties cabin supplied. The patio was large enough for playing corn hole and the fire was awesome for nightly s’mores. We loved the rustic feel of the cabin. We had a great time and will be back.

great family time

pine view cabin did not disappoint - our little family had quality time in the cozy & up-dated cabin, bunk house and especially the joys of the lake! any questions or issues were easily communicated with and solved by the property manager. note: limited place to turn around a boat trailer!

Owning a lake cabin has always been a dream of ours and we are happy that we get to share it with you so that you can make some wonderful new memories with your family and friends! The view is breathtaking and the water is refreshing and you are away from things a bit so that you can truly unwind and relax. If you want to get out and do something in the area, there is something for everyone!

Pine View Cabin is on a quiet bay with a view of nothing but a little peninsula (that the sunset hits just right) and the mountains full of trees! It faces southeast so you get sun all day without the blaring morning sun or evening sun in your face. The cabin is settled up in the trees so you can retreat for some shade and enjoy the view.

Pine View Cabin is like going back in time to summer camp, with the screened in porch, bunk house and wood walls. Spend your day boating, lounging on the dock or kayaking in the bay and your evenings up by the fire or relaxing on the screened porch away from the bugs enjoying an adult beverage! (Perk of not being at summer camp)
