Relax or explore beautiful North Idaho with the whole family at our peaceful lakehome. Ideal location - 3 miles to shopping & dining in Hayden and only 7 miles to Coeur d' Alene! Very clean, private, quiet, amazing lake and sunset views, boat dock & lake access April to October.
World class road biking out the front door, close mountain biking, fishing, summer water activities, boat slip available (no trailer parking available). 15 miles to Silverwood, 1hr to Schweitzer, 1hr to Silver Mtn. and Hiawatha Trail

Pepper's Place is better than a hotel! It is very roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 huge bathrooms. It is amazing to unwind in or come back to after a day of adventure in North Idaho!
During winter getaways cozy up on the comfy couch and enjoy your favorite drink with the amazing views of Hayden Lake. Summer fun will abound with lake and dock use included in stay! You won't want to leave!

We are set up with Roku TVs in both bedrooms, and 65' Roku TV in living room, 60 cable channels, Kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner or holiday meals!

**The fireplace is not available for use.**

If you don’t want to cook - dining options are close by! Kitchen/living room has Tons of seating-Large Leather sectional, 8 seat dining table, 6 bar stools, 2 comfy chairs at reading nook, USB Port built plug ins, luxury bedding with Novaform Kingsize beds, and 2 premium twin size rollaway beds! Great WiFi connection and you can choose your favorite workspace if you need to log some hours!
Spring/summer & Fall the patio has 4 rocking chairs and a large Cuisinart BBQ. We also have a large lifetime picnic table outside all year long.

We have pretty much everything you need to feel at home plus the amazing lake view! There are stairs to get up to the house. The stairs are well lighted at night with a railing.

The house was great and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was excellent. The kayaks were super fun but could have used bug spray.

The house is amazing! Great view with quiet neighbors and close to everything you would need. The check in was easy and flawless, all the instructions are easy to understand and make sense./We used the master with two little kids, spare beds are a huge win for us, we brought our own pack and play but they had one of those as well. Grandma and grandpa stayed in the guest bedroom and were very comfortable./Both bathrooms were well stocked and very nice. The master shower head had a little leak but Krystal was ready to change it, the timing just never worked out so not her fault. I’m sure it will be fixed by the next stay./The kitchen is VERY well stocked, anything you would need to get any meal cooked and served. It is also a very nice layout for entertaining, we loved the open layout.The coffee maker was clutch with the kids, nothing like making a good cut of coffee at any second. Bbq great for all your cooking needs. We ran out of propane the second to last day and Krystal and her business partner, sorry I forgot her name, were very quick to fill them before dinner./Living room and dining area are big with plenty of room for 10.There was a high chair in the garage that we used as well as the ones we brought, very nice option. We had a couple of family dinners there and the view and space was great every night./Washer and dryer worked great, garage parking is plenty for 2 cars, we had a ram 2500 and a ford fusion./The lift to the dock is a special feature, we loved it all!

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay in this private unit above a detached garage. Quiet location, plus window shades to facilitate lazy mornings. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen, and a beautiful view of the lake!

The first thing we noticed was how clean the home was, and it smelled nice. The home has been nicely maintained, and everything in the kitchen was labeled and organized. Krystal responded quickly to our questions and was easy to communicate with. The view from the house was really beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

It would have been nice to have more sizes of life jackets. The Teflon pans are a bit scratched and the doors are squeaky! Other than that, it was great.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything that we needed was provided. Living room TV didn’t work for us so reached out to property manager and let them know. Highly recommend this property. We will return for sure.

Very nice property. Great view from both the living room and bedroom. Very comfortable bed for a rental. It was convenient to have access to the garage for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and great view

This is a beautiful house and it's a very quiet place to stay at with a great view of the lake. The host Kystal and Lizzy were great to work with and very responsive and polite. I would definitely stay here again and would've gladly stayed one more week if it wasn't already booked.

Great Time on the Lake

If you’re looking to enjoy Hayden Lake this is a top notch spot. Great views of the lake and easy access to the dock. Easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was spacious and very clean. The beds were great. Communication with the host was excellent. She answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing trip to Hayden Lake

Everything about this rental was perfect: amazing views, clean house, convenient washer/dryer, great house amenities, great owners, comfortable seating, comfortable beds, plenty of space, great tv’s, fun tram to the water, great dock, fun kayaks, great parking, and secure place for our bikes, etc. I could go on and on. We rent places all the time and this was probably the best place we’ve rented.

Relaxed Weekend

Our family group of 4 adults have stayed at this property three times now and each stay has been very relaxing. The house is exactly as advertised. It is well organized and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the property manager was timely and easy to understand. Thank you for another enjoyable stay.

Great Get-away Place

We had a very pleasant anniversary get-away. Good view of the lake, clean, well-equipped. Our only disappointment was that we weren't told that the fireplace doesn't work.

Pepper's Place is so awesome. When we go there we don't want to leave. The views of the lake are amazing through the house. Sunrise to Sunset its gorgeous outside. Our goal is for you to feel at home and have what you need. It is well stocked and only 3 miles to shopping, and some great dining! It is very private and quiet. Watch for deer and turkeys as they live around the area.
