Minimum Renter Age is 25. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere on premises.
Unfortunately, we are unable to host pets in our villa at this time.

Parking passes are an additional fee (as follows) with a 3 car maximum and can be purchased at the Palmetto Dunes pass window (to the right at the entrance). There are no reserved parking spaces at Hickory Cove Villas.
1-3 days- $20 per pass
4-8 days - $35 per pass
9-15 days - $50 per pass
16-31 days - $75 per pass

The community pool is closed seasonally from October 1st - March 31st.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, and will be recording during a reservation. Don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.
