Villa bellamente actualizada con magníficas vistas a la laguna y a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa. Esta villa de 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños se encuentra en el corazón de Palmetto Dunes. La cocina ha sido actualizada para incluir encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 con asientos adicionales para 4 en el bar de la cocina. Fuera del comedor hay acceso al porche proyectado que es el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Fuera del porche se encuentra la terraza donde puede disfrutar de las vistas de la laguna mientras toma un café por la mañana. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana en el nivel principal. El baño principal tiene encimeras de granito, hermosos pisos de baldosas de travertino, ducha separada y bañera de jardín. También hay 1/2 baño en este nivel. El segundo piso alberga los otros 2 dormitorios; uno con 2 camas dobles y el otro con una cama queen. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado actualizado y un televisor de pantalla plana. Master bath had some paint peeling from what looked like water damage from upstairs. Shower head needs replaced. Sprays all over the place.

Our stay at 7634 Huntington was enjoyable. The place was clean and well maintained.There were a few minor things that came to mind when thinking about writing a review. Let me reiterate, they were minor. They are as follows:Showerhead in the master bathroom needed something like Lime-Away to remove the hard water buildup. The buildup caused the water to spray in all directions. As a result, we found the upstairs shower more comfortable.This may sound like an odd comment, but if there was a shower squeegee available, we would have squeegeed the glass doors after each shower.The deck and screened porch were delightful. The only issue we had was the tree overgrowth on the deck. As a result, we couldn’t walk around one side of the table.We wanted to use the electric grill on the porch, but it was pretty dirty. It wasn’t a big deal. We just cooked inside instead.We’ve stayed in other villas in the Huntington area. We felt this villa was more “corporate” than “homey”. That’s not a bad thing, just an observation. Since we flew and rented a car, we didn’t bring some of our usual items. In the past, we found our usual items weren’t necessary as they were provided along with the villa. This villa had a more “corporate” feel and thus we wish we had driven and bought our items.Having said that, this is not a negative review. The place was lovely and we had an enjoyable time. The communication with the host was clear and the accomodations clean and inviting.

Making Memories for a lifetime

This is the most beautiful property I have stayed at in the last 30 years of visiting this island during our anniversary week. My favorite room was the covered porch that looked out at the lagoon and was attached to the outdoor dining area. The place was stunning and provided comfort for the entire family.

Exactly as advertised

Our family has been coming to HHI off and on for many, many years. This unit was one of the best places we have stayed: plenty of room of our group that was between 14 and 78 years old. It was great to have two outdoor spaces, the screened in porch and the deck. The location can't be beat as the path to the beach was directly out the front door and really was only a 4-5 minute walk. The pool/hot tub were just on the other side of the Huntington enclave, a 2-3 minute walk. We were able to walk or ride bikes to the golf courses, the tennis & pickle ball courts, and the General Store. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great time/Great place

Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful location. We so enjoyed even though we had two "hurricane days". The only negative was the cleanliness was somewhat lacking, however, The Vacation Company personnel had an excellence response.Hopefully, we can return to Hilton Head and will definitely use The Vacation Company!

Wonderful place to stay with the family large enough. Clean. Short walk to the beach. Had some wasp issues that didn’t get resolved while we were there. Property management dropped the ball with communication and had some in the house. Other than that the place was perfect.

Nice villa close to beach

I like the Huntington villas for their 3 bedroom floor plan and location to the Beach at Palmetto Dunes. It was perfect for us and the 2 couples that stayed with us for a few days. Would definitely book it again!

Great location

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It is nice, but a little worn down. Lots of daily maintenance around the property, so it can be a little noisy. Really enjoyed the screened porch and the view of the canal.

Good location & spacious place

We enjoyed this property because it was spacious & close to the beach & my Uncle’s place in Somerset. My family loved the screened in porch. It backs up to the lagoon so you will see wildlife. The first night we had 2 alligators hanging around the back because some deer ran through. After that night we never saw them again. I’d rent here again.

Beautiful property

We loved every minute of our visit to this lovely property! The screened porch was a favorite place to relax, with its canal view. Beach access was right across the street. Everything we needed was provided; kitchen was very well appointed. We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing Home for vacation

7634 Huntington was well cared for. This is an entertainment home for vacation and family. the view on the water was excellent. everything was thought of we just had to buy groceries. and enjoy. we loved the walks on the beach which is truly a few minute's walk across the street. we are already planning our next visit.

Lots of room, great location, close enough to the beach

To follow up after a wedding in Savannah, we spent a week at this property. There were 5 of us , all adults. The bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect for us. So one thing when renting near the beach— how long to get there? It was a casual 6 minutes. You walk to the street, cross it, then walk on the leamington beach access side walk. Then there is a board walk/stairs to cross the dune, then once you finish another 100 feet to the beach. The board walk also has ramps built in to side in bike transport—walking not riding. Of all the items I would be critical is the pool. It maybe heated but not much for October. And since it’s in a wooded area, tends to have a lot of leaves in it. For this unit it is a little out of the way. But no more than a 3 minute walk from the front door. An added bonus we received was a $250 voucher for vayk rentals for chairs! I would highly recommend this unit!

Perfect get away

This was such a great place for our girls trip. The screened in porch provided a special place to talk and watch nature. We saw 2 alligator, cranes, and other birds. You could hear an owl at night. What a perfect place for a get away!

Perfect place to de-stress

Perfect place for all of us. We will be back. Location and proximity to the beach was wonderful. Read books on the back porch and watched the wildlife. Rode bikes, walked the beach and we loved cooking amazing meals each evening. Clean, cozy, big enough for 3 couples. Thank you!

Great location

Great location to the beach and the pool. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min to the pool. The outside space was great as well! Lots of room for our family and 2 young kids.

Great location! Beautiful property, full of palm trees, live oaks, and Spanish moss. Very clean beach. Palmetto Dunes is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing!

WILL BE BACK

This place is amazing. Came to Hilton head to work for a few days and decided to bring the family. The lagoon in the back is so cool. We fished every day and caught several red fish and black drum. Beach is also very close and can walk. Very clean and spacious villa for us 3 adults and 2 kids.
