Access to garage parking and private entrance. Quiet upscale neighborhood in the south hills of Cedar City minutes away from mountain trails, shopping and entertainment. Custom trim, cabinets, tile and furnishings. Well-stocked small kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Comfortable king-size bed.

The property was immaculate and lovely. The garage parking was a bonus. The apartment was cleverly and tastefully designed to include every amenity needed and beyond. The neighborhood was gorgeous....beautifully landscaped properties . Our host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. Everything was just perfect and so cozy and comfortable. It checked all our boxes. The bed was comfortable- and the shower was great! We loved having washer and dryer in the room and the garage area as well. We went to both Zion, Bryce National parks and cedar break from our lodging here. Our hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend it.

Peaceful Neighborhood

Due to the Shakespeare festival, I have been making trips to Cedar City for 30 years, staying in a variety of hotels and B&Bs. This vacation rental is exceptional compared to my previous experiences in Cedar City. We spent a week in a peaceful neighborhood, with lovely homes, and beautiful views of the mountains. But it was also just 10 minutes from the center of Cedar City, so it was a great location. We loved having a kitchen because Cedar City is overflowing with fast food restaurants for college students, but there aren’t a lot of good options for foodies.

Great owner communication. Super comfy bed; well appointed space to relax; all the accoutrements to make a stay enjoyable, our own private GARAGE, close proximity to downtown Cedar City and I15. If you are in planning to visit Cedar City really can't beat this place. We would definitely stay again.

I am a local contractor specializing in custom homes. On weekends I create my own projects, including a family cabin in Brian Head and this custom studio apartment. I met my wife on the slopes in Brian Head and we both love skiing, boating, music and grilling with family.

This is the perfect place to stay if you'd like to be central to many activities in Southern Utah and still have a quiet, private retreat at the end of the day. Garage parking is lovely any time of year, and especially in the winter. There is a beautiful side yard with chairs for enjoying the outdoors.
