Beautiful 3 bedrooms house with Panoramic view of mountains and Cedar City airport. House seats on .31 acre lot with huge grass area in front. We have stocked house with everything you need for your stay. One hour away from Zion national park and Bryce Canyon park, 30 minutes away from Brian head ski resort. Half way to Denver, CO and Yellowstone national park. We do not offer housekeeping services. NOTE: There are mother and daughter living downstairs house. They have their own entrance and will not be sharing anything to upstairs house.

The thermostat never worked properly it was warm in the house most of the time the main bedroom fan was very noisy there was no drinking glasses just coffee cups the garbage was on the deck for good reason they had a bug problem in the kitchen the bath towels were the size of large kitchen towels and were paper thin

We loved this home just 5 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The beds were comfortable, the home clean, check in process smooth and easy. Mehul was quick to answer questions and checked to make sure we got in ok. One of my kids was thrilled to have poptarts waiting in a basket. I liked that everyone had their own bed. We would stay here again! I knocked it down a star because there are a few things in need of repair but I’d stay again as they didn’t impact our stay.

We got there and we were overwhelmingly impressed with the amaneties and everything that they provided!! it was a really really beautiful apartment and a pleasurable experience would definitely recommend!!!

Great location

The views are beautiful and convenient access to any shopping we needed. The description is accurate, so I recommend reading so that you know what to expect: such as no access to garage and that there are others living in the downstairs area. We were done with it and there wasn't anything that was a concern for us. Thank you again for a wonderful start!

Very nice accommodations

The home was very comfortable for our group. The host was very helpful and thoughtful. The home was easy to find. We all enjoyed sitting on the soft couch to visit. A great place to stay!

Good, not great

The house is in a good neighborhood and the host was a great communicator and clearly tries to provide a lot of fun or helpful extras. The house is a little run down and even though the swamp cooler works it was still really warm inside...making it hard to get comfortable. In general, it was good.

Shakespear trip

Mel contacted me right after I booked. I was able to speak directly to him or text . He responded almost immediately. There are lots of extra's at the house. There was cereal, milk, snacks for our card games. There was a basket that even had toothbrush & paste for what was forgotten. We had one issue with swamp cooler, but he came by the house to check the problem. It was resolved the next morning. He was courteous of our privacy but was on top of any issues. The house was spotless, neat and orderly. We were five minutes from Shakespear (as stated), easy access to everything. We were very pleased with our stay. Deborah & friends.

Clean and Great Location

This is an older home but has had several things remodeled. The bathroom were clean and mold free. Floors were new and clean. Kitchen has been updated. The beds were comfortable. Great view out the back windows. We did not actually 'cook' (just warmed up a few things), but did notice there are not a lot of extra pots/pan, no extras besides salt/pepper, no plastic wrap/tin foil etc. Dishwasher is currently not working. Stove/oven looked new and clean. It is located right off the freeway which was convenient. Quiet neighborhood. There are renters in the basement but we only heard them one time when they turned on what sounded like a blender. Owner was extremely helpful in answering questions ahead of time and while we were staying there. They had left cereal for us and even offered to drop off milk. When I couldn't find the dish soap, they quickly brought over a new bottle. TV had a Netflix and a few others (sorry can't remember). There were not any games, books or activities for kids so make sure to bring your own entertainment.
