Welcome to Indian Lake, OH. If you are looking to visit for a summer vacation on the lake. Or visiting for a winter excursion at Mad River Mountain. We have a cozy pet friendly home with a water view, a great outdoor area and plenty of space for your family and guests.

The Waterbury Way is close to downtown Russells Point and minutes from many bars and restaurants as well as the Moundwood Boat Ramp. We are in close vicinity to Mad River Mountain, Piatt Castles, Ohio Caverns and historic downtown Bellefontaine. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, girls/guys trip or just looking to relax and unwind. We hope you find our place ideal for you and your guests. Everything was the way we expected it to be PLUS. When we couldn’t find a wine opener I asked Andrew if I was missing it , somewhere. He was surprised there wasn’t one. He told me that he’s a wine drinker and there definitely was one. So I purchased one n left it there. Otherwise we had everything we needed plus.

Our family had a great stay. We had four adults and my 10 year old nephew who loves to fish. The unit was very clean and recently totally remodled.We had 2 cars and a 21 ft boat that the host arranged to fit easy. Good amout of restaurants close. Boat, Fish and Swim close. Looking for a lake trip like when you were a kid this is it.

We had a great experience at this location. We didnt get to enjoy all the outdoor extras but will say the home is exactly as described and roomy. Had a small hiccup getting into the property but Andrew promptly took care of matter. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place, had everything we needed!

Property was recently renovated and we were the first group to stay. All appliances, bedroom sets, kitchen plates, dishes and silverware are brand new and extremely nice. House is brand new clean with nothing overlooked. Patio furniture, Blackstone grill are brand new and very comfortable. It was 85+ degrees outside so we did not try out the new propane fire pit, but it is ready for fall weather. Anytime our family and/or friends come back to the Indian Lake area, this is the first place we are looking for! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My name is Andrew and I am the owner of The Waterbury Way. After retiring from law enforcement, I moved to the Indian Lake area in 2021. I have renovated/owned several homes in the area and love the atmosphere. I hope you enjoy your stay with us and what the Indian Lake community has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is located in a quiet subdivision of Waterbury. It has a beautiful outdoor area with a water view from the front of the house. It is close to downtown Russells Point and most of the bars and restaurants. Moundwood boat ramp is within two miles. If you visit us in the winter, we are only fifteen minutes to Mad River Mountain. We are close vicinity to the historic downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio Caverns, Piatt Castles and Logan County Airport. Come see what the Indian Lake region has to offer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Waterbury Way can accommodate up to eight guests and has a nice outdoor area for entertaining and grilling out. Primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom two with a queen bed. And the kids will love the trundle bunk beds that has two twin beds and one full bed in the third bedroom. The kitchen and living room are an open concept which makes those family dinners and events fun and entertaining.
