Completely remodeled in 2026, this charming Gilbert home features an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, and tasteful finishes throughout. Offered fully furnished, it provides a serene and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The thoughtfully designed split floor plan offers privacy for all, while the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining areas create an ideal space for gathering and entertaining.

Start your mornings on the covered patio, relaxing on comfortable outdoor furniture and overlooking the spacious backyard—perfect for unwinding, hosting guests, or letting pets enjoy the sunshine.
This beautiful home is centrally located near all the conveniences of Gilbert including the San Tan Mall, Downtown Gilbert, various restaurants and so much more. The quiet family-friendly neighborhood has wonderful walking paths to the park and the nearby canal trails for long-distance adventures. Great area for pets and people that enjoy a little time outside.

I do allow dogs (max 2) only with prior approval and $150 pet fee. No cats allowed do to allergies.

Thanksgiving Stay

Great location, shopping within minutes. House nice size for us and the grandkids, on the weekend when they visited. I will be staying again.

Great house in a nice neighborhood. Many options nearby for restaurants/ groceries/ sightseeing. Host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Property is absolutely perfect if you don’t need a pool plenty of bathroom for new space to hang out. Clean had a great location and we had unbelievable time

Holli's home was perfect for our visit to Gilbert. We had our two dogs traveling with us so having a secure yard with no pool was important to us. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We were in town to visit family and having this home just two miles from our family's home was ideal. There was a neighborhood-wide ISP outage during our stay (no internet or TV for 3 hours), and Holli kept us up to date about Cox's timing for restoring services, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house as shown in pictures. Well appointed and responsive host. Perfect for small dog- little back yard with nice grace. Close to lots of amenities in the area. Easy on & off 202. We will book again.

Holiday Getaway

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Minutes to Highway 202. In house amenities are excellent. House is clean and well maintained. Reasonable yard for relaxation. The host was very accomodating and easy to communicate with, thank you Ms H.

Gilbert VRBO

The house met our expectations. It was well stocked with supplies and the master bed was very comfortable. The house is on a quiet street with a walking path a short distance away. The house is located near shopping centers and many restaurants. The Mesa airport is about 6 miles away which was convenient when picking up friends and relatives that visited us.

Great location close to everything

We chose this VRBO rental because of its proximity to stores, etc. It was perfect for our needs and close to everything. The kitchen seemed to be fully equiped. We made a dip for a wedding and the owner even had a mixer in one of the cupboards. My husband and I and our two adult kids as well as my brother and his wife stayed at the house. There were enough rooms for the 2 couples and 2 other adults to have their own room. It was much cheaper than reserving 3-4 separate hotel rooms. Plus, we had a full size fridge, which came in handy for storing food for the wedding.

Highly recommend this property.

This property is great! I loved the back yard! The grass, the BBQ, the furniture and all the birds made sitting outside a joy. The location can't be beat. Next to wonderful walking trails, walking distance to San Tan village with all the restaurants and shopping, and all in a very nice neighborhood. Holli is a fabulous host! she's responsive, helpful, and get things done. Example; I had a coffee grinder that didn't work, I had a new one delivered the next day.

excellent stay

My family stayed at this property for several days in June. My parents (in their 70s) had the side with the master bedroom/bathroom, while my husband and 1-year-old son had the other side of the house. It was spacious enough that we felt like we had some privacy, but also had plenty of gathering space in the living room and kitchen and on the back patio for us to spend time together. Holli was a gracious host; she went above and beyond by providing a pack and play for our son to sleep in. The house was stocked with everything we needed re: paper products, soap, etc. We will look into staying here again the next time we're in the Phoenix area.

Home Away from Home

My family and I moved to AZ from out of state and needed a longer stay while we hunted for houses. Holli was so accommodating!! This was the perfect place for us. There is plenty of space and it really feels like a home. We also have a 60lb German Shepherd/Husky who loved it here. There is lots of grass in the backyard for her and walking trails nearby. My parents stayed with us as well and so the master suite was the perfect space for my husband and I to have with our own TV and seating. The house is clean and well kept and Holli was so responsive any time we needed anything. Well stocked with anything you’d need. Cant say enough about it!

We enjoyed our time

The property was perfect for us. Holli was very quick to respond to my emails, and made us feel she cared about our stay. The home is tastefully decorated,. The kitchen and baths are showing their age, but being decorated so nicely, that was easy to overlook. The neighborhood is nice - a lot of walking trails and close to shopping and restaurants. The few neighbors we ran into were friendly. Overall, this property was perfect for us. We would stay here again, and would recommend it.

great experience

this is really my first time using an VRBO, we had four work associates traveling to one location and it was less expensive to rent a home. The PM (Holli) was pleasant to work with and responded to my questions almost immediately. I would certainly recommend this property.

First VRBO experience

This is my first experience with a VRBO. Holli is responsive and very accommodating. The house is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near San Tan Village shopping center. Not a single complaint about the house. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect home for us!

This home was exactly as listed. It was clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and cleaning products. It was located in a quiet neighborhood near our family, restaurants and other stores. Our host was easy to communicate with during all processes. We would recommend this property to couples or small family.

Winter Snowbirds

The three of us and 2 dogs had a wonderful winter in Holli’s comfortable home. She had it well stocked with everything we needed. She was also very responsive if anything came up! The dogs loved the grassy backyard as did we and we all enjoyed the walking path so close to the house. Shopping was easy with every conceivable store and restaurant within 10 minutes. We’re happily coming back next January thru March! Thanks Holli!

Perfect for us!

We had a great experience at this property. We were waiting to close on a house and needed a place to stay for a week that also accommodated our dogs. Holli was so kind and understanding and just great to us. We appreciated having a comfortable place to stay!
