Welcome to Sanctuary at Val Vista Lakes! Our fully stocked and well maintained single-story, 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Each king room is equipped with closets, shelving, a top rated memory foam mattress, white cotton linens, 65" smart TV's (log in with your personal memberships), and box fans. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk-bed with pullout trundle. Access to the Val Vista Lakes clubhouse and its amenities are included in a stay of 7 nights or longer. This home is across the street from 2 parks, a short drive to stores, restaurants, shopping, and the famous downtown Gilbert night life!

Large home, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable furniture. Extremely well-equipped kitchen. Excellent wifi and TVs. Exceptionally responsive owner. Tap water doesn’t taste good at all but bottled Primo water cooler was provided (which tasted great!) There is a water softener installed. Nice neighborhood, quite walkable. This is one of the very best we’ve ever rented (and we’ve rented a lot)!

Great stay

The property was beautiful and clean! When I had questions, the host was very responsive and accommodating. The grass backyard was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and it has grass!Our group thought it was a great place to stay.

Great stay!

Amber's property is beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Having it convieniently located next to a playground and park was great for our young family. We really enjoyed the backyard space and the pool complex which is a short drive away. Would stay again!

Lovely and Comfortable Home

Thank you again for the lovely stay. It was great for us as I have some mobility challenges. It was easy to get into and move around. We found the home clean, well organized and stocked, and comfortable to spend time catching up. The beds were very comfortable and easy to get some good sleep.Lots of fantastic places to eat nearby or grab a good coffee. Highly recommend.

Just perfect!

Had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The homeowner was excellent at communicating details and was very helpful when there were questions or changes. The rooms were all nice sizes, especially the kitchen, family room, and primary bedroom. Great shower in the primary! The house was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, including having coffee and a refrigerated spring water dispenser. Very handy on hot Arizona summer days. Felt very at home while I was visiting family in the area. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house and location is great. We had a slight problem checking in, but Amber resolved it and is very quick with communication. We had a couple of other issues and Amber went up and beyond to compensate for the inconvenience.

Great house and location!

I am a very picky renter. I rarely give 5 stars. This place exceeded our expectations and Amber was a perfect host. Great enclosed outdoor space. Great open concept including kitchen, dining and family room. Very clean and well stocked. The clubhouse with pool and work out room a plus!. We would definitely rent again. This is the first VRBO I can honestly say this!

Very comfortable home

The property is exactly as advertised and is in a great part of town. Wifi was great! Enjoyed playing badminton! Garage access was very nice although would have liked an opener. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

First off, I would highly recommend staying at this property! It was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and reasonably priced. We had a few random glitches checking in, and it took some time to get them sorted out. The host was very kind and apologetic and made it right, and was definitely on top of things after that point! We hope to return to this beautiful house in the near future— thank you, Amber!!

Great home away from home during surgery recovery

I traveled from out of state to have a major surgery. This house was the perfect for my post surgery restrictions. Everything went super smoothly. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Check in and check out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again, even if I didn't need to recover from surgery!

Valley Trip 2025

Fantastic place. Could have used an over the air TV antenna for more channel selection. The construction around the area made the roads really bad. The noise wasn't a problem. This house is pretty well insulated. I do not know how 6 people staying in this house could all take showers one after another and have enough hot water for more than 2 of them.

Great property & location

I booked the property for my parents, my 2 Shiba Inu dogs, and myself to stay at over Thanksgiving weekend. The property was very clean and had a beautifully landscaped backyard for my dogs to run around in. The interior of the property was well decorated and the bedrooms were all inviting & comfortable. On top of that, the house is an a nice neighborhood, right across the street from a pretty big park which was great for walking my dogs. Overall, I’m very pleased with my decision to rent this property. Would definitely recommend.

Home away from home

From the very beginning to checking out our stay at Sanctuary at Val Vista Lakes was like being home away from home. The home was perfect for us (husband & wife) but it has plenty of space for a whole family. The primary bedroom was big enough for a king size bed, love seat, dresser, end stands, and large screen tv. The en suite has a beautiful shower with 3 heads. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash lotion and deodorant. The en suite also has 2 vanities so you don't have to fight for space. There is slso a beautiful walk in shower with built ins. Everything you would need is available. The towels are thick and luxurious. The primary also has a doir to the patio. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed we've slept in. So comfy.The rest of the house is great too. The kitchen is well stocked and the water cooler is a great addition. There is also a washer and dryer so you donthave to take dirty clothes home. We were able to park the car in the garage so it was off the street. Very nice. The back yard was really nice and comfortable with plenty of seating and table space.Our host, Amber, gave great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Oh my goodness, don't miss the AJ's Fine Foid Lemon Cooler Cookies! She also redponded eithin a minute if I had a question..We loved staying at Sanctuary at Val Vista Lakes feeling like our home away from home. Thank you Amber.
