Imponente y espléndida villa con piscina, patio y grandes espacios.

Imponente propiedad de principios del siglo XIX, se presenta hoy en todo su esplendor gracias a una restauración precisa y meticulosa de todas las partes originales, incluido el jardín que, gracias al injerto de grandes árboles (algarrobos, olivos, palmeras y otros) infinitas variedades de plantas ornamentales) ha restaurado el esplendor de toda la propiedad.
A la entrada del baglio, una espléndida escalera que conduce al solarium y al área de la piscina rodeada de dactilos y palmeras. Piscina climatizada por paneles solares (mantiene una temperatura de 28/29 grados) y equipada con hidromasaje, detrás de la cual hay un gran patio cubierto con cocina equipada, una gran mesa de comedor y una sala de estar con chimenea, sofás y sillones. Detrás del patio hay una antigua viga de piedra alrededor de la cual se encuentran las suites y la antigua villa.
Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado central con posibilidad de regulación de temperatura independiente. En la viga hay numerosos rincones frescos y apartados donde es agradable pasar parte del día a la sombra de la magnífica vegetación que rodea los diversos patios.
En la casa, en una posición aislada y con espacios propios e independientes, el propietario vive, su presencia discreta es esencial para mantener la propiedad grande en orden (jade y piscina) y para resolver algunos pequeños problemas que deberían ocurrir, así como para prepararse, bajo petición, desayuno.
La villa es ideal para grupos de mínimo 12 personas y máximo 40 personas. Las tarifas varían según la temporada y según el número de invitados. En cualquier caso, se garantiza el uso exclusivo de toda la villa.

This was a wonderful house for a large family reunion. Plenty of rooms, large beautiful pool, and a very comfortable and entertaining common area. Michael and Salvatore were terrific hosts and any questions, issues, etc were resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this house for any large gathering.

We had an excellent stay with a large family group, and everyone fell in love with the place. Salvatore and Michael are very special people and the perfect hosts, they helped me arrange a special event for my husband which could not have been more wonderful! Beautiful Villa in Ragusa

This is a fantastic villa near Ragusa, Sicily. The hosts, Michael and Salvatore go above and beyond with their hospitality. The location is a little far from beaches (closest about 20 minutes) and 2 hour+ drive to Taormina. The main room can be a little hot during the day, but the pool is very refreshing and well kept. We were there for a family reunion and loved that we were all able to stay in one place!

Beautiful property, fantastic hosts, good location

Twenty one of us stayed at this beautiful villa in June 2022. The property is outstanding and the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The hosts are friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they helped with every request. We opted to have breakfast and evening meals provided by the hosts which were delicious. Convenient location, the beach and market town were close by. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our holiday and we would happily return again. Thank you Salvatore and Michael for your exceptional hospitality!

Wonderful Sicily Villa for a Large Group

We had seven families and 29 people in our group and this villa was perfect. Large pool and a wonderful pool area with many chairs. Many large bedrooms - all very similar in quality - with baths and individual air conditioning. The overall quality of the villa was excellent. And most importantly the owners - Salvatore and Michael - were wonderful hosts and offered great advice and excellent service. This was a wonderful experience for our entire group of friends.

Fabulous villa

We were a large group of families and friends and had a wonderful stay in Villa Zagara. Salvatore was fabulous and could not have helped us enough. The villa is brilliantly set up, the pool area is great and the rooms were lovely. We were catered for on our first and last night and the food was magnificent. A gem of a villa in beautiful Sicily not far from Marina di Ragusa with lots of restaurants and a lovely beach and easy reach from the beautiful hilltop town of Ragusa ibla. We had a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous 50th

We stayed in July with a group of 32- friends and their teenage children. The villa is stunning, in a quiet rural location only minutes to the sea and Ragusa itself. The rooms were spacious and always cool, a perfect sanctuary from the heat. The pool and entertaining areas were perfect for gatherings and afternoon cocktails. Salvatore, Michael, Stella, Snoopy and the donkeys were all the most wonderful hosts, we couldn't recommend more highly. The villa catered for us most nights and it was spectacular! Elena was great and assisted us with an amazing boat trip and winery tour. Overall we loved our week and would return tomorrow! XXX

Beautiful villa, amazing service & incredible food!

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous Italian villa. The grounds were stunning and the large open room was great for hosting our retreat. The owner was super helpful throughout our stay, and available for anything we needed, day or night. And the food they had made for us was unbelievable. So much variety of authentic, freshly-made Sicilian food & desserts. I highly recommend the meals! The only things I would note are that the rooms are quite basic. Showers are tiny (which is typical in Italy) and the beds are pretty hard. The main room, grounds and the service make up for it. But if you're looking for super comfy rooms, these are on the more spartan side. Also, the villa is a bit remote – but it is only 15 minutes from the small town of Marina di Ragusa on the coast, which has some lovely beaches and restaurants. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful Hospitality, Food and Swimming Pool

We were a family reunion with people ranging in age from 2 to 92. We couldn't ask for a more wonderful experience, especially the hospitality of Sal and Michael, two remarkably generous people. They helped out in every way, every request and even organized an amazing piano recital for us one evening. If you're looking for a beautiful experience -- food, cultural, architectural, art and historical insights -- amongst the Baroque hill towns around Ragusa, Sal and Michael and Villa Zinna will assure you go home happy. One note, they've not got the easiest building to work with for the bedrooms so all are a little bit like a cave (those 17th century "masseria" builders just obviously weren't thinking ahead to 22nd century sensibilities!) but quite comfortable - we have no complaints. It was a wonderful, wonderful week. Thank you, Sal and Michael!

outstanding

We're a group of 7 families with 14 adults and 14 children between the ages of 6 and 14. This property was truly outstanding. Everything was so close. The air-conditioned rooms were comfortable and well furnished with comfortable mattresses and en-suite. The kids could share several dorm-style rooms; although they could have used the spare beds in parents' rooms. The care and attention from Salvatore and Michael was outstanding. They truly cared for us and nothing was too much trouble. The place was spotless. The multifunction room was huge with large ceiling fans assisting the natural breeze as the outside temperature reached around 32C or more most days. We had free range of the kitchen and 4 fridges; table tennis and table football. The piano was marvellous. There are places to sit in shade around the pool. The pool was actually slightly larger than the picture suggested and it was a lovely temperature. Situated amongst olive, orange and lemon groves. The sandy beach was around 15 minutes drive away and there were quiet areas and an area for pedalos etc. Spar in Ragussa di Marina was absolutely fine with a good selection of food and booze. Wi-fi was good around the property. The most outstanding feature was the optional external catering. In previous holidays we've taken it in turns to self cater for the group; and had been somewhat disappointed by occasional external catering. However, the Sicilian food we had on 5 nights (and 2 breakfasts) was stunning. We paid cost price for the food purchased by the caterers but were charmed by the efforts that the staff had made to provide us with traditional home-cooked traditional food; they arrived in late afternoon with pre-prepared dishes; tidied, swept then provided the 28 of us with amazing cuisine including proper pasta dishes, slow-cooked meats, salads, breads, and amazing puddings. There really was too much to take in, an amazing array of dishes that blended perfectly; with enough for lunches the next day. They stayed until late to tidy and clean. Highly recommended.

Esperienza eccezionale.Proprietà eccezionale. Accoglienza eccezionale da parte da Salvatore e Michael. Servizio impeccabile .Ogni giorno abbiamo apprezzato i diversi sughi di frutta freschi che ci regalava Salvatore . Abbiamo approfittato di questi momenti per meglio conoscere Salvatore che è davvero una persona molto preparata e per bene. Per due sere abbiamo chiesto che sia preparata la cena per il nostro gruppo (22 persone).Cibo buonissimo e servizio al top. Speriamo di tornare un giorno per vivere di nuovo un esperienza del genere. A wonderful, convivial villa for large groups

Sal, Michael and their staff were perfect, attentive hosts when needed (and invisible when not). Sal was extremely gracious, generous and brought an attention to detail in all that he did which was truly impressive. The arrangement of the central dining and recreation area relative to the pool is ideal – a really sociable set up. We had catering a few times, which was targeted to our needs and the quality was extremely high, with local ingredients and very good value local wine chosen on our behalf. The pasta-making course was also greatly enjoyable. We had a thoroughly wonderful time and would highly recommend the villa for large groups like ours. We're only just back home, but we'd love to return.

fantastic property and fantastic hosts

WOW! what an awesome vacation! From the moment we arrived the owners of the property Salvatore and Michael were very helpful... first impression was wow... beautiful! the villa and the rooms were very very clean and exactly as it appears on the website... the villa is far enough away from the cities and towns for seclusion and close enough to fully enjoy what Sicily has to offer! A fantastic option the owners offer is to have food prepared for us to enjoy the villa more... we had a party of 20 ... they prepared breakfast for us each day... it was great... while enjoying the restaurants we decided to try having dinner prepared for us in the villa... the 2 dinners were nothing short of fantastic! this is a must go!

Perfect Private luxury Oasis

Our family of 25 adults and children (ages 13-25) just spent a glorious week at Villa Zinna! This private Oasis is conveniently located between Ragusa Ibla and the Mediterranean Sea (Marina di Ragusa). The 17th Century farm has been meticulously restored. It is obvious that a lot of love and care went into the project to maintain its old charm while offering all of the modern conveniences to make your stay perfect. The private bedrooms are all beautifully decorated (simple sophistication), the beds are very comfortable, the sheets and towels - luxurious and the bathrooms are modern and lovely. Many of the bedrooms have kitchenettes too (with a stove top, marble counter top and a few cabinets). There are so many nice little touches in the Villa and bedrooms as well - Potted plants on the window sills, beautiful artwork, hand soaps in the bathrooms and crisp cotton bedding. The main living area is spacious, airy, bright and very comfortable. There is always a nice light breeze blowing through the area. The large counter was perfect for sitting and having coffee and there is plenty of space for large groups to have dinner together in the dining area. We were lucky enough to have the Villa cook for us on two occasions. The food was fresh, homemade, local cuisine and plentiful! It was delicious! The staff did a wonderful job cooking the food, serving it, setting a beautiful table adorned with fresh cut flowers from the property and attending to our every need. Each morning one of the staff (Virginia) cleaned up the kitchen and living space for us as well which was a welcomed surprise. The yard is serene and comfortable as well. We spent many hours in the pool and relaxing poolside – enjoying the lush flora and shade. Finally, Salvatore and Michael were amazing and gracious hosts! They popped in with fresh basil from the garden, brought us freshly made buffalo mozzarella , provided coffee pods, fresh olive oil from the property, were always available for advice, and they even organized a ride for my 80 yr old father- in- law so he would not have to navigate driving through Ragusa for lunch one day. Salvatore was also kind enough to take several of us to see the local Ricotta farm (a Mom and Pop operation). It was a 5 * experience in every way! We highly recommend this property.
