Beautiful 2 bedroom first floor condo with private front and back entrance located on the beach block. Sleep 6 with 5 beds. 4 beach badges provided during stay. Close to boardwalk and activities, surrounded by restaurants. A block from Klee's Bar&Grill, 3 Brother Pizza, a nice deli is few doors away. Huge back yard for off street parking and barbecue. Laundry mat is 2 blocks away. Amenities include A/C, WiFi, cable, coffee maker, grill. Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking , No Party, No pets. Age 24+ Upstart unit is also listed separately if you have a large group. Copy of driver license is required upon request.
Due to proximity to beach and hotel, please expect some street noise during graduation season and major holidays before the quiet hours.

A great vacation, the house was clean and stocked with all kitchen items. And loved the coffee bar. This is our 4th maybe 5th time staying here. Love the proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

Perfect Seaside Stay

Perfect location to the beach and boardwalk. Loved how we we so close to everything, but a quiet block near the end of the boardwalk… Super clean and looked just like the pictures. The host was great with communicating and was so helpful. I would definitely stay here again on our next family trip

This was the perfect location for our group of 4 adult women. Close to everything - boardwalk, beach, deli, liquor store! The off-street parking was a real plus as were the 4 beach passes that were provided. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kevin and Yi were very responsive to our questions and were great hosts. We would definitely book this unit again.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY!!

We recently stayed at this wonderful home located only a few hundred feet from the boardwalk. This property is PERFECT in every way possible. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom and shower, and the property owners were extremely helpful, informative and responsive. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again next year!

The house is big and super beachy. Location is perfect to go to the beach or the boardwalk. Parking on site is ideal as were having the four beach badges. We did cook and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies. Nice big round dining table for everyone to sit at and eat together. Overall lovely long weekend at the house. Thank you!

I wouldn’t normally choose Seaside for a vacation spot, but my teenagers need the experience… lolThis property was everything we needed for this vacation. Location to boardwalk/ beach was less than 4 minute walk.The landlord was so kind & came personally to check a minor issue of string lights in backyard that we didn’t even need! Space was perfect.I definitely recommend this property!

Family trip

This was a great place for a family trip. We rented both units and were very pleased with the location and the rentals. The parking was very convenient. We appreciated the host's thoughtfulness in the cleanliness and presentation of the unit upon first arrival and then in the additional amenities provided as you settled in. Communication and check in were a breeze and we were offered the chance to check in as early as 8am the day before our arrival. I recommend this rental and would stay again.

Great location!

We had a great time on the Jersey Shore in this property. There were so many extras provided. No need to pack the whole house when you come stay here. Easy peasy. Everything worked. Beds were comfy. Enough space for everyone. Beach was beautiful and a short walk. So many food options on the boardwalk! Recommend this VRBO!

I loved our stay in this property. The place is a spotless clean it’s great. It has everything. The communication is great. We need some extra towels and after communication we get it on the same day the place doesn’t miss anything. It has a lot of extra. You don’t need to get anything from your house. They provide everything. I would definitely recommend this place for extended stay that’s a really comfortable air condition in every room all bathroom essential all kitchen essential

Great Spot

The location of this property couldn’t be bettered. Only a block from the boardwalk (which has shops and cafes) and very close to the entrance to the beach. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. Guests (including us) have bought various spices and herbs along with salt and pepper. I suggested to the host he provide dish towels as we do our own dishes and drying them with paper towels is silly and he thought that was a good idea. All in all, great spot.

Excellent! Very close to boardwalk!

This property is close to the boardwalk and beach. Alot of amenities. A home away from home! Personally loved the basket of "essentials " to be used if you've forgotten anything (sun lotion, toothbrushes, after sunning lotion, etc..) Yi was very accommodating and check-in was a breeze. Yi even contacted me early morning of check-in to let me know we could check-in at before 3, if we needed/wanted to. Highly recommend this rental.

Great place!

The apartment was a great find! The owners are very accommodating and offer several extra amenities. I was surprised to find that we did not have to bring items we would normally have to for a rental stay. Excellent choice and service!

Clean and well taken care of property!

The property was extremely clean and the owners were extremely timely in their communication. You can tell they take pride in their rental and make sure everything is perfect. Literally, not a speck of dust or dirt. The location is easy to get to everything and we were happy with trip!

My family and I enjoyed this cute beach destination so much we came back for another year!

It is such a great location for young adults beach and boardwalk are just a quick walk. Having the on site parking is key to this area. It was clean and our host was very accommodating! Thanks Yi for giving us such an amazing vacation!

Fantastic location!

First time vrbo user and we landed here. After some bad luck with our vehicle we still found we were able to access everything we wanted to do by foot. From beach, to boardwalk, to dining to striper fishing. We had a great week.

Park Vacation

This cute duplex had just the right amount of space for four adults and more if need be. We are a family of college students, so this was perfect mix for the young and the old. Family restaurants and the boardwalk. It was a short walk to the beach and a nice bike ride to the bay.
