Seaside Vacation

This was our second time staying in this house and we loved it once again!! It is quite spacious for the 7 of us and when we had family over for a cookout. The location is quiet and so close to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The hosts couldn’t be kinder and checked in throughout the week. We are already talking about coming back next Summer!!

Great convenient location minutes from SS minus the crowd. Had a slow draining sink in hall bath but otherwise everything else including AC worked well. Not the biggest common space indoor, but we made it work. Very communicative host. Nice grill / backyard to bbq & unwind.

4th of July Getaway

We had 8 people stay over the long holiday weekend. The place was PERFECT! Super clean, extremely well equipped with anything you needed and more. The location was super convenient, quick drive to the beach. The beach passes were provided which saved a ton of money. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were super friendly.Communication with the host family was wonderful, quick to respond and very helpful information.Would definitely recommend.

Best Rental on the Jersey Shore!

This has been an amazing experience! The property was clean and quiet and close to both beach and boardwalk for the kids. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again in the future!

I have never stayed at a VRBO with a kinder host. They were always in contact, making sure our stay was comfortable and checking in on details like the temperature. On the day of arrival, they sent clear instructions and let us know we could text anytime—they were available 24/7. They also shared great suggestions for things to do in the area and were just so personable throughout.The house itself is a charming, very clean beach home with everything you’d need in a rental. The views from the balconies are beautiful, and it’s tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. We had eight girls on a mother–daughter trip, and there was more than enough space for all of us.Truly a wonderful stay—I can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing house for a getaway with family or friends!

We had a blast here. The host communicated almost immediately when we had questions. The place is so cute and homey and a short 5 minute drive from the beach. It was clean and perfect for our long weekend stay for 7 of us. Cute little quiet island in an easy accessible location. Having the backyard and patio area was also a hit! Highly recommend this place!!!

The house was spacious and had a lot of space with plenty of beds and bedrooms to make it the perfect spot for a family or group. Owners checked in on us and were just a text away. Recommend totally!

Great Location and Host

A group of friends wanted a house close to the beach but not within the craziness of the town. This house is in a very calm neighborhood and only 5 minutes from the beach at most. The house is very nice, clean and has a great back porch to sit on with patio furniture. The Host reached out a week prior and provided some tips on the area to visit. I would book this house anytime I wanted to visit the area.

brandon and katie lynn were absolutely wonderful hosts. everything about the experience was perfect, the house is lovelier than pictured, owners checked in on us and made sure everything was alright, and we were beautifully accommodated. i 100% recommend them and this property for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach. the location is calm and pelican island is great. my group and i had an amazing time.

Wonderful home & neighborhood

3 BR, 2 1/2 baths, plus full laundry facilities. This place is great for everyone. Close to Seaside Heights and Seaside Park for the boardwalk and fun. Also close to beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. Immaculate with full kitchen and dishwasher. Plenty of TVs for downtime. Deck w barbecue, and coded entry so no one needs a key. Completely recommend!

Family Jersey Shore Vacation

My sister and I wanted to bring our children and husbands to the jersey shore to have a “cousin vacation” as we did on the jersey shore as kids. The property and location was perfect for our kiddos (2,5,9,10) and us! Extended kitchen island was perfect to pull up a stool in the morning for eggs and cereal and great in the evenings to share drinks as adults! Backyard was a fun place for all to gather to throw around a ball, have some bubble fun, and chill. The owners of the property checked in with several times throughout our stay. Additionally reached out a few days checking in to see if we needed anything and to prep us for our arrival which I very much appreciated. During our stay one of the children locked us out of our keypad and Brandon responded immediately with a new code! Overall we were really happy with our stay within the first day we felt at home, our children were fighting over if it was HOME or RENTAL. We WILL be back.
