You and your family will LOVE this bright, airy beach house with a gulf view from the top deck! With 5 BR & 4 BA and a newly renovated Bunk Room perfect for the little ones, you will have plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the public beach access within a 5 minute walk... or dip in the heated** play pool right at your beach house! 3 vehicles can comfortably park in the driveway, and free street parking is also available. Bike rental shops are blocks away, you can cycle on the miles upon miles of our State Park trails right next door. We invite you to come and relax at this awesome 30A gem!

**Pool heating is available for $35/night. Please contact us after you instant book to let us know you want the pool heated; we will send you a VRBO payment request and add a note to your reservation to heat the pool

Every bedroom has a TV with WiFi for streaming. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms except the bunkroom.

The main floor (2nd floor) is a bright, open concept living area where guests will not be hindered by walls separating the kitchen/dining/living room. The main floor offers one bedroom with a queen bed and lounge couch, a bathroom, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The main floor is your primary entryway..

The top floor has two bedrooms. The master has a king bed, balcony with a gulf view, and double vanity private bathroom. The other bedroom features a queen bed with it's own private bathroom.

The ground floor has two bedrooms. One king bedroom with pool access, a deck, private bathroom, and a small desk. The other bedroom is the converted and newly updated kids bunkroom. This vibrant and playful room is perfect for families with little ones. Designed to spark imagination, it features a whimsical boat-shaped bunk bed, complete with a steering wheel and safety netting. The lower bunk mimics a ship's cabin, ensuring a cozy retreat with two full beds. In addition, separate full over full bunk beds offer extra sleeping space. Plush bean bags provide a comfy spot for relaxation or playtime and includes a tv for entertainment.

Enjoy lounge chairs and a sizable deck to grill out and relax!

We loved the location and the layout of this Beach House; and especially, the proximity to the beach. The Bunk Room was absolutely perfect for our multi-gen family with college age kids. There are a few updates needed, but overall, this was a great property!

Family Trip

The house was great for a large family trip. Our three year old really enjoyed the pirate ship bed set up and it was a quick easy walk to the beach. The heated pool option was also a nice touch since it wasn’t warm enough to swim in the ocean.

Family Vacation

We love this house. Perfect for my 5 grandchildren and 6 adults. Location was perfect. We walked to the beach and to Stinky Fish Camp both for dinner and nighttime entertainment . The house had everything we needed and so clean! Questions to the owner were answered immediately.

Awesome get away!

House was very well kept! Lots of accommodations for small ones (pack and play, high chair). The kids room was amazing and our family loved it for movie nights and play time! Beach was a short walk away!

Great location!

We had adults and kids at this house. Lots of helpful items for the little ones including pack n play, high chair, and baby spoons. The pool was smaller but the kids loved it. The kid bunk room was great for the little kids to play and sleep. It had some toys and games so that was nice as well. We had golf carts and I highly recommend getting them. The beach is close but it’s a small area that’s public so getting a golf cart will make it easy to go to a different area. Lots of food and shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break

This house was perfect for our family with kids and grandkids. The rooms our nice size for adults and can have kids stay in room (pack & play). The room for the kids is awesome! The pool worked great for us and with 8 adults and 5 kids we grilled out most nights. We thought about renting a golf cart but it is not necessary. The walk to the beach is close and kids 4 under 10 easily walked to the beach. Communications with owners is excellent. We would stay there again if we come back to the area.

Great place for families

Perfect place for families. Kids room was amazing. Public beach can be crowded with all the issues the city is having between the public beach/private beach owners. However, there is a park just up the road that has a trolley to take you to the beach at the park and it was beautiful. Much better then fighting a crowd and lots of walking trails.

Great place, walk to beach with ocean view.

Really clean place extremely versatile, accommodated all of our needs. They have plenty of space to sleep up to 20 people even doh it says sleeps 12. Walking distance from the beach(5mins) really clean area walking distance from restaurants. Beach access has golf cart and car parking also restrooms and showers. Great place top floor has ocean view. Will book again for sure.

Super cozy beach home. We love how close to the beach it was and close to town through private pool was spectacular. Everything was up to par. No complaints at all. We were as happy as can be. Great 30a getaway

Chose this location specifically for it being in Dune Allen Beach. Love that end of 30a, and this house did not disappoint. Great space for our party. 6 adults and 9 teenagers. Senior spring break for my son, and other family/friends. Bunk room was great for the guys, and bedrooms were great for all others traveling...comfortable beds by the way. Easy, as advertised, 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was the perfect size and a great hangout spot in the evenings. Had an issue or two from some unforeseen circumstances, but the property owners were super quick to respond and more than accommodating. Not sure if I'll travel with a party this size in the future, but would choose this place again if I do.

Family Celebration!

Great house! Easy walk to beach, although we rented a golf cart as well. Pull wagon included at the home was helpful. Our group featured 5 grandkids ages 11-18, who enjoyed the bunk room. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, etc. The 13 of us had enough room for family meals and games. The three porches/balconies were perfect for a little solitude. Ran the laundry practically nonstop. The pool, although quite small, was refreshing and another popular place to hang out on several loungers. We loved Dune Allen Beach. Reasonably busy, but not too crowded. Can reserve chairs & umbrella sets (online, ahead of time). Nice restrooms conveniently located at the public beach access. Jessica was an attentive host. It was a memory-making vacation for our family! Thank you so much!

Fabulous girls’ getaway

Thank you Jessica and Michael for sharing your home with us! We had a very relaxing long weekend celebrating a friend’s birthday. House is in a very convenient location, short walk to the beach and Stinky’s Fish Camp which was great for lunch and cocktails. Also a short drive to many other great restaurants. Heated pool was great too, plenty of beds for all of us (we had 10 women), furnished kitchen, nice decks on various levels, etc. Can’t wait to come back!

Be our guests! We are passionate about making memories for families; and have been hosting family-friendly vacation rentals since 2020. We decided to start hosting after we got married in 2019 and centered our lives around our mutual values (family and travel being two of them!)

We fell in love with the sugary white sand and turquoise water of the Emerald Coast! Our property has the beach house feel and it just screams family! This house was drawn to me because it reminds me of cherished memories of my family's annual beach trips to the Outer Banks NC. This area is perfect for families' and I look forward for our property to become a memory maker for other families and our own as well.
